Some notes:
The LED lights come with a peel and stick bottom, however they will fall off eventually with extensive riding, which is what the gorilla glue is for.
LED lights also change colors!
Double sided tape is for the battery pack. After extensive riding (like 2 months of night time riding), the tape did eventually start to peel off, but it might also be because of the weird shape of the battery pack I bought. Might be better to get a flatter one than the one I got to get more contact on the board. Or mount it with something more permanent.
With the LED strips, it's important not to bend the strips against their natural shape. I bought a 6.5 ft strip, which is long, because I wanted the extra brightness for my board. So to help solve the bending issue, I curved them around to help keep their natural shape as best as possible. You could cut the strips (they are trimmable) and solder them together instead of doing the hokey curve I did. But I'm too lazy.
The battery pack is awesome. I've had it for almost 2 months and still haven't charged it. Make sure when you buy an LED strip that it's powered by USB. Battery packs WILL NOT work. Sidewalks, rough roads, big cracks will make the batteries fall out. You need a power brick.
Make sure the USB stays snug in the battery pack, rough roads were making it pop out of the USB port, so to combat this, I made the USB cable as straight as possible and taped it down close to the connector, so it has to stay straight.
You'll notice that I used the double sided tape as extra for the curved sections of the LED, you could use something else, but I had some to spare so I used it. Stuff is pretty strong. Duct Tape is surprisingly not as good.
Tape off extra straggling wires, or glue them, or do something else. I'm not going to tell you how to live your life.
Do not ride over puddles. The LED lights and battery pack are water proof, but water can make the glue and tape come off.

Thank you - I put a lot of work into this project and it turned out pretty nice. As far as the lights; that was a pleasant surprise. My original plan was to run a standard white LED strip on the inside of the frame but I found a pretty good deal on Amazon for this light. It has a remote control and multiple functions to either hold a solid color or to slowly cycle through them.
