It appears that the best model available on Zojirushi's JP site is the NP-WT10-BZ. $934 shipped on Amazon:

At those prices, I'm curious if a commercial model would be a more viable solution, although I don't know if you could get as artisanal of results as you could with a Pressure IH iron-bowl model. And even with a foreign commercial model, I'd still need a converter. A recommended Nissho 120V to 100V 1500W converter runs $190 on Amazon:
