ETA: It looks like you can get the Envoy model with a blue canopy for $104. It seems to be a slightly less robust model, but it's still Ez-Up and straight legged.
On this note, if you plan on using it more than just for this festival, I would recommend investing in a heavy duty canopy, some of those $70 ones will collapse with a stiff breeze.

Most arcades are a permanent installation and they either build it themselves or hire a builder to come in and make it. I don't think you were looking for something permanent.
I've looked into this a bit for setting up an arcade, a Mobile Installation, and potentially for live streaming in mixed reality.
On the cheaper side, you could just get a pop up canopy tent from Amazon. If you're doing it Outdoors, you will want to have something with closed off sides to keep sunlight out as direct sunlight can damage VR headset lenses. So something like this would probably work, since you can put it up with or without the walls.

This is what it basically looks like without the truck, I usually set up first and then back the truck underneath and sleep in the pickup bed. Couldn't find the costco link, but this is similar. I have a bunch of shade cloth, both 6'x10' and 6'x20' that i arrange and stitch together as needed. These are the bungees. Sticks for tent poles to hold the shade cloth up. Shade cloth is also a decent wind barrier.

two big things I learned last year. first is an E-Z Up Keeps you out of the sun for awhile before you head in so you dont die. Second would be dry ice. we bought a block of it and put it on the bottom of our cooler, put a piece of carboard over it then layered ice and drinks. it lasted 5 days and we only had to buy ice once. Otherwise just the essentials a tent, sleeping bag, pillow. oh and water.

You don't want to be under that when it rains. Invest in one of these if you're planning on pushing two tents together.
Stud finder and this product. I did upgrade the lag bolts to a bit longer one.
I am 230 pounds and it holds every bit of me.. Just make sure to find the CENTER of the stud, you do not want this to crackle the edges, as the hold won't be as strong and you risk it tearing out.
