I've had both and I prefer this one because it can hold more games (8) as well as accommodate the charger. It also came in blue but it may be harder to find that color. This was originally sold at Best Buy (model # NS-GDSUC101) but they no longer make/carry it, at least not on its own.

My answer would be no if you're looking online, but prices aren't as friendly. Locally, it depends on your area. The ebay the prices range from $25 (if you're lucky like the one I got) to as much as $45 for a pre-owned physical copy. The ones listed as Brand New can go for higher.

Please, Pleaaase start with the first game on the DS, then work your way towards completing them in order. It is a very strongly story based driven game. You will miss out on huge chunks of story if you start elsewhere.

Does anyone know where I can get a charger from? This doesn't seem to come with one but on the Amazon listing for one from Nintendo people are saying it doesn't come in the original packaging and is a knock-off.

Found a case here that can hold 68 games total, but its a combination of switch and ds games. (48 3ds and 20 switch). I know its not quite what you wanted, but its still pretty close to what you were looking for though.

$19.99 on Amazon with Prime Shipping. Not entirely sure when it ends. It's been this price since at least Black Friday.

Just bought a black/turquoise one from their online store last week. I'm sure they'll price match in store edit: they wont do it in-store, but they claim they will online, but even if they don't it's still discounted by twenty bucks.

From another thread on here, Amazon has used ones, without the AC adapter for $104.48. I just picked one up, and it's in good condition!
