She doesn't like it, but it slowed her eating down dramatically and, unlike just about every feeding toy I could find, it's made out of one solid piece of thick plastic rather than many fiddly parts that can be chewed on.

Cats actually need fresh water but most people dont know that. Some cats wont even drink out of plastic bowls because of all the bacteria that grows in them. My cat rained herself to turn on the sink faucet and I never new why until years later. There are little kitty fountains now.
