Thanks for the info. I think you've convinced me to finally pull the trigger on a shiny new Anne Pro 2 :o)

I know what you mean about the Smart Keyboard Folio sort of being in the way when you use another external keyboard. I got around this problem with a Twelve South Compass Pro that I bought on Amazon. I've used this on my desk with another crappy external bluetooth keyboard and it's great. It's quite expensive at £49 though, but the thing is solid and folds down to about the size of a Mars bar. It comes with a little pouch to stick it inside when traveling. You don't even need to remove the smart folio to place the iPad on the stand. It's rock solid and you can use landscape or portrait orientations.

Regarding the Globe key... If the reason for missing this is to quickly get the Emoji picker up on text fields, then try the following shortcut on your Anne Pro 2 and see if it works...

With your cursor in the text field hit Control + Command ⌘ + Space

I haven't tested this myself yet (only got the Keyboard Folio here with me on client location) but when you mentioned it, it made me wonder if there was a keyboard shortcut available to do basically the same as the Globe key. Let me know if it works, as I won't be able to try this until Friday.

Maybe this would work, it's actually a case for an electronic drum kit but the Anne Pro should fit in the dimensions listed in the description. It won't be a snug fit, with an excess of a little less than 2 inches in length, and about 3 inches in width. The keyboard will definitely shift around in the case, but you could add padding inside of it to further protect the board; or, use the extra space to store USB cables, the BT adapter, etc.

Its never too late to learn how to solder, if its only a few switches that are like this you can buy some Gateron switches individually or in a 10 pack and replace the bad ones.

A decent soldering kit that comes with everything you need can be bought at amazon for less than 20 bucks, with a solder sucker included and if you want even easier solder removal you can get one of these desoldering iron pumps - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008DJRYIG/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apap_4HuPH8htp6ZEX

There's plenty of switch desoldering tutorials over at /r/mechanicalkeyboards, and if you need help just make a post and I'm sure plenty of people will be glad to help you out.

This is the battery. You will have to cut parts of the inside out and sand it down a bit to fit. It's tight, but it will fit! Oh, and the connector is not the correct size. I just stole the connector from the old battery tho, easy solder job.

Not a hard case, but the comments said it's a good fit for the Anne Pro: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001OLU5HC/
I ordered one recently, but it hasn't arrived yet.

Thanks! You can't really tell from the picture but the WASD are from a different set than the ones on the right. Those I just pulled from a sample switch tester by AKWOX - you can find on amazon depending on how many you think you need - they are more clear. The WASD ones are more frosted and from here:

I got this one and it works great for a 60% sized board like the Anne.

My friend, where did u buy your anne pro? Because i want one but i cant find any here in uk. I found one here's the link

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B06XW33N5R/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1501266315&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=anne+pro&dpPl=1&dpID=41qHPOmyjgL&ref=plSrch
But it's from different name? Not from obins. Instead sainsonic or something like that. Can u see if its a legit anne pro or a fake one? Thanks.

If you don't mind a soft case, there's a [gun sock] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0013LM2P6/) that's pretty popular with the 60% crowd. I use it to take my AP1 to the office.

If you're looking for a sleeve I got this one and its pretty snug but good. If you add large stuff into the extra pocket then it might not close 100%. Here's mine: https://imgur.com/a/ub54j kinda hard to tell but the last two photos have the Anne inside the sleeve.

I'm planning on doing the same when Novelkeys restocks the Box Royals.

You're going to want a solder sucker. I've used both of these with great success. The first link works well on switches; I desoldered an entire TKL in under an hour today with mine. The second one works well for smaller things like LEDs and Pro Micros. It would also work for switches, but would clog up fairly quickly and might need more than one pass per joint.

Thanks. They are called YMDK 108 Key Cherry Profile ANSI Laser Engraved PBT Chalk. I bought the side printed ones. You do have a bunch of other options too.
