Now, the ice roller for $12 is amazing. The point is use something cold. Alternatively put a bowl of ice in the sink with cold water and plunge your face in. Old Hollywood did that in the morning to reduce puffiness and ward of whiskey face.

We use bamboo memory foam pillows and they're amazing. We'll never go back to regular pillows.

On the thing you want her to sleep on. Maybe even warm it up with a heating pad before bed depending on your climate. My dog will not leave the blanket while it’s on the bed...
