I love this one for my boys. It keeps tight but is comfortable and very easy to put on. Can't be wiggled out of.

It’s nice because it’s long enough to cover a whole dachshund body. Ryan is a standard size dachshund that is about 18lbs and the medium fits him perfectly.

The neuter with for sure help, my boy was marking EVERYWHERE before I got him fixed, it was a nightmare. I couldn't leave anything on the floor at all and then he just started peeing on my couch instead.

There are a lot of different kinds of piddle pads, they even make some that look like a stand with grass on top that the piddle drains down through and into a compartment for easy emptying. Unfortunately they can get a little expensive. I think some dollar stores may carry them for cheaper, though.

I bought it mainly to put next to the couch or the bed depending on where we’re hanging out to prevent him from jumping off due to dachshunds being prone to IVDD. He loves looking out the window whenever he gets a chance, so I was also able to use it for him to pass time in the living room by setting it up by the window and he’ll just sit there all day lol. Our doxie mix loves chewing fabric as well! We've tried just about every toy under the sun, and the best fabric-covered one we've found is the ZippyPaws donut. No stuffing, and the plastic inner ring helps keep your dog from chewing through the layers of fabric. They're one of the only toys that we've had last for more than a day or so!

He is wearing a small so he fits those measurements. He has since grown but its stretched out a bit from being washed a few times.

And for what it's worth. The hoodie part don't fit that great on him when he's awake. Hence the sleeping photo. It's definitely to short to make it over his head comfortably and he normally just shakes it off. Still looks hilarious wearing it without the hood up. It's getting cold in Philadelphia now so he's always wearing it now.

I'm in California, so it's definitely a bit warmer in winter than lovely Minnesota. My little guy seems to do better with sweaters than jackets, so I typically go layered with a cozy sweater underneath and raincoat/poncho thing like this to keep the rain off. For us, the rain is really more problematic than the cold.

I'm seriously thinking of investing in one of these super-fancy doxie-made coats from Noodle & Friends. It definitely beats trying to hunt down sweaters that will cover his little wiener butt. A little pricey, but good quality for winter wiener warming!

Yes! This toy has proven dachshund tough for several months now. Not a dent in it. It's been great because our boy LOVES squeakers but they can usually only withstand ten minutes of his intense gnawing.

Here's the bed. Worth every overpriced penny. It's a loose fluff fill, but Meepo doesn't seem to mind.

I bought it in desperation. He would come up three times a night for a pee break, play, cuddles, what have you. Only way I could get him to settle is to invite him underneath the sheets and cuddle... and then I could never roll over or move or anything.

I needed my bed back. Now, I have it. And it is glorious.
