We use these and just hang them from the chest straps of our hydration packs. It's nice for the "hey you guys alright back there?" When you get a little bit ahead of the group. Or for helping set up photo ops. Obviously, you have to stop and use your hands as is, but they do have headsets that work with them. Mostly just a nice thing to have when you're in the middle of nowhere. Just in case.

Chinese brand, found on many amazon sellers. Exactly like this one. https://www.amazon.ca/UNI-FILTER-Offroad-Wrangler-Vehicles/dp/B06ZZH29BB/ref=mp_s_a_1_12?crid=A6F368V088MM&hasWorkingJavascript=1&keywords=6+led+light+bar&qid=1555871263&s=gateway&sprefix=6”+led&sr=8-12

Make sure it’s the Spot beam pattern so you can point it towards the ground.

Just search 6” LED light bar on amazon.com or .ca or even EBay.

I mounted it to the handle bars with some gear clamps. I will be doing a more in depth video of the whole build soon.

This is the one I bought and installed. Simple, easy to install and sturdy like a tank.

Klim makes the ultimate hot weather helmet.

Also conditioning makes a big difference. Make sure you are well hydrated and eat plenty of salty food leading up to the ride.

I've used flexible ice packs on my back with a soft back belt to keep my core temp down. - https://www.amazon.com/JellyBeadz-Therapy-Cooling-Bandana-Scarf/dp/B004XX4XA8 - Keep these in ice cold water, throw one around your neck, and you will stay cooler longer. I ride in 100 degree temps in the woods here in Texas, and this is what I do. I can ride for 20 minutes or more before I really start to feel the heat. Without it, I can't even last 20 minutes in the heat.

I use a much older version of this

It works fine, take out a nut or two where the wheels will sit. Easy to get on, the ramp hooks on either end and you just push it up. Strap it down using ratchet straps and put the ramp back, off you go!

Nice, I'm also looking at these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JRG2F1A/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1A4P9O2EUNURY&psc=1
I like the ratchet and carabiner design. I'm still new to cam buckles and don't trust them 100%.

Should be fine. The oil isn’t nearly as volatile as gas.

Unless you’re meaning you carry the mixed gas with you. Then it depends on the container. I’ve seen Gatorade bottles carry gas for weeks and plastic water bottles start leaking in a day. They make a nice crossbar mounted gas can for that purpose.

I use clear coat spray paint for my “glue”. No need to safety wire and doesn’t require cleaning it off when replacing grips. Plus it lubes up the grip/bar when putting it on so it just slides right on.

.
Pull the cylinder off and make sure it's not scarred. If it's okay then order this kit and a gasket.
If the cylinder is scratched, then just post it for 200 on craigslist and move on

Flywheel threads look fine find out what size puller you need they push against the crank snout not its threads.

Chances are this one will fit. But double check your thread size.

Honda OEM Oil:

Engine: HP4 10W-40
Transmission: HP 80w/85w

You can also use any 10W-40 standard oil (without additives) for both the engine and transmission. It goes without saying, its probably better to go with oil direct from Honda.
