In this day and age...I would personally prefer a backpack that can hold a laptop or even tablet. I'm also not a fan of leather backpacks. Those straps don't look very comfortable depending on how heavy her things are.

Also, we don't know your girlfriend so we have no idea what she would like. If you're going to buy a gift and aren't sure, buy it somewhere that you can get a gift receipt and tuck it into the card or box you give it to her in.

I have a more rugged, outdoorsy style and like these laptop friendly bags:

It's all personal preference though! Try asking her best friend for suggestions :)

I haven't done residency interviews yet, but for medical school interviews I got this suit jacket from amazon for $70, and and a ~$40 pair of dress pants like this from Nordstrom Rack. If she has a nice blouse and pair of flats she wears during rotations, she can reuse those and save some money there, too. Good luck on your interviews!

This dress is awesome. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H8CMRNY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It looks a lot like a Modcloth dress that's way more expensive, and a coworker even asked if it was that dress. It has big pockets that comfortably held my phone, wallet, and keys. The color is not accurate, though - this shows a cranberry and mine was magenta, though I was still happy with it. I also am comfortable in a medium, and often a large is just right or a little tight for me with cheap dresses, thanks to my giant hips.

I spend a few months abroad each winter and always need some solid walking sandals. This year I bought three pairs, and these were the dressiest of them. They were cheap in my size (around $40).
I walk a ton when I travel, like 5-10 miles in an evening is pretty normal. I certainly put a hundred miles on these this winter and they still look presentable. They are super comfortable, and I'm totally going to buy another pair for the summer.

The other two I got were https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KWKPWWE/ref=ox_sc_act_title_7?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

The merrells get compliments like crazy and I've bought two pairs of those over the past couple of years.

Maybe something with curved hems that go a bit long in the front and back but at waist level on the sides? I also like lace trimmed tops as they create the illusion of coverage without being fully covered.

If you're going to leave your butt completely uncovered just really make sure they aren't see through or you don't have too much camel toe, as I've seen a fair share of underwear through leggings. Also make sure you check them with every wear especially after washes.

Try Amazon. There are a lot of wholesale jewellers just make sure to do your research. You can get actual real gems and metals a lot cheaper than other places. The link I included is one of my favourite finds from amazon; cubic zirconia that looks like real diamonds. There are pictures in the reviews where you can see it next to diamonds and it actually looks a lot better than some of them! (full disclosure: I haven't bought mine yet). If you look for secondhand stuff on etsy there's also some pretty good quality cheap stuff though most of it won't be as fashion forward.

I love this thread! I bought a bunch of maternity dresses on amazon when I was pregnant. Since I have prime, I would order 2 sizes and return the one (or both) that didn’t fit.

Recently I bought this shirt which is really soft and comfortable based off a rec from the blog Putting Me Together.

I got this kimono to layer over this dress when I was pregnant. Loved both.

I am so so sorry to hear that happened to you. I really liked the one in the link below because it came with a practice canister, which made me feel much more confident about using it. Sending you good wishes!

I have bought a few marycraft work dresses on Amazon and have been blown away by the quality. Here's one that matches the description you gave:

Marycrafts Womens Long Sleeve Fishtail Midi Maxi Twist Draped Dress 20 Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DJWGRX4/ref=cm_sw_r_fm_apa_ZTpEAb724RNGY

I have amazon prime and its free shipping for purchases and returns. I bought four dresses and returned two for free. I'm pretty happy with the service and the brand of dresses!

I think I found a couple of good substitutes for you!

Option One Which has a dark buckle on the back which she either may or may not like.

Option Two I think it's a closer match, but maybe not the exact shade of grey you were looking for.

Option Three They have a little tab on the back that matches the one in the photo!

Aldo has sales a lot, so if you watch these shoes they could go down in price.
Either way your wife is a lucky lady!

Edit: I also found some on ebay if you are willing to spend about $300 and they come in her size! Good luck!
