Unfortunately there hasn't been a full uncut release in the US.

The release of "The James Bond Collection" Blu-ray set from the UK includes all 24 movies and appears to have the uncut (UK rated "15") version of 'Casino Royale' (the disc is shown very briefly HERE in an unboxing video of the version released before the set included 'Spectre'), but it doesn't have the bonus disc that's in the "Ultimate Collection" release.

I think that's going to be your best option to get a full collection set with the uncut version of 'Casino Royale', but I can't guarantee it.

This is a collection of comics made in the Daily Express, based off Fleming's books. I highly suggest the Omnibus series, I have 1-5 and hoping to get 6.

Not with this particular jacket style. On Amazon you get covers with just white, black and red color published by Thomas & Mercer. I really prefer the Penguin publisher series from 2002.

I bought this Casio watch from Amazon, and the black and grey NATO strap, and just swapped out the rubber strap for the NATO one myself.

Hard to argue with that. I love Craig as Bond, but the filmmakers did exactly what you're describing with SPECTRE. As far as who to replace Craig for the next Bond: after seeing "The Night Manager" I think that Tom Hiddleston has potential.

This is Bond's money clip from Casino Royale. You can't really see it though, you just have to know.

Anyone else disappointed in the Steelbook? I quite liked the Skyfall one, but this seems bland. Personally I felt that they should have used the IMAX poster.

Only covering the end of Brosnan and Craig's era though.
