Most cops i know wear these on patrol

I've tried then on myself, you can punch something like 50% harder, it's quite amazing.

Dashcams, put a 64gb card in it and it can record for about 32 hours non-stop.

Have a 4TB G-Drive back-up harddrive, dump all of the footage at the end of every 24 hour cycle.

Get a lapel camera: http://www.amazon.com/Veho-Muvi-Pro-Micro-Camcorder/dp/B0037P5CAI/ref=pd_sim_sbs_e_3

Attach it to your shirt, keep the batteries fresh, make sure the internal clock is accurate. Activate it every hour for at least 5 minutes to give updates of what you're doing. The second model can record up to 24 hours with a 16gb msd card, they also have voice activated modes.

Also finally, install a GPS phone tracker onto your own phone, and keep track of where you're going and when with timestamps.

There are also some voice operated audio and video recording apps out there for both Android and iOS that can stream to external storage.

Dump all of these to a drive, one folder for your car, one for your person, and one for your phone data.

Along with testimony of friends and family, and surveillance cameras at wherever you're going, it would be hard to argue that you did something that wasn't picked up by any of these devices.

If you get a 4TB model, you should be able to store a little over two months worth of data on you, at the end of two months, I would clear out the oldest week, so you have a continuous 2 month backlog of your personal activity.

Also, make sure what the laws in your country or state are, and potentially contact local authorities, explain to them you're worried about your safety and you simply want to keep a record of yourself and your surroundings.

There are also home-security cameras that you can also have streaming to a similar drive. So you'll have an almost complete record of yourself, and your personal surroundings.

looks like a standard nannycam to me. You can get wifi webcams like these for exactly this purpose. I bought one like this during my previous lease because I suspected the old landlord was entering without notifying me. He was and he got a nice fine from the state for his troubles.

You're criticizing the post and say I didn't search proper product lines. Then you link the same. You search some more expensive line that looks similar yet isn't. I'm assuming you wanted me to check out the Bic Comfort 3 Advance Disposable Razor for Men, 4-Count? That berry scented disposable womens razor isn't "equal product lines". Here is the same product line marketed to women, priced at a whopping 11 cents.

Yes I did post a generic search, but you know what I got back? Two razors from the same company, each with the same advertised functionality. Gillette Venus Embrace Women's Razor 1 Razor 2 Refill Cartridges and 1 Showerpod and the Gillette Fusion Proglide Manual Men's Razor With Flexball Handle Technology With 2 Razor Blade Refills. Guess which one costs more?

You don't know much at all about gun safes, do you? Hell no I'm not leaving my gun around where my kids can get it. But, you're right. I do need to access it very quickly.

Here's what any respecting home protector will use. You see, I (AND ONLY I) can access it almost as quickly as if it were just lying around. But, you see. Only I can access it.

It's clear you don't like guns, but I urge you to go take a handgun safety class. You'll really get a lot out of it, and it might demystify some aspects of gun safety for you. Gun safety is not only practiced when guns are in the room or in the hand. Gun safety matters from the time you buy the gun to the time you get rid of it. I'm not even suggesting buying one, nor am I trying to convert you. You just seem really misinformed.

I'd like to recommend this book to you. It's a short, easy read, and is very insightful on the behavior that you just demonstrated right there.

The topic of the book is the "mechanism of invalidation", wherein someone attempts to wound the self esteem of another person in an attempt to help their own self esteem.

You response was nothing more than attempt to poke me in the eye. No content, no rebuttal, not counter examples, no citations, not even any philosophizing or self-referencing. Only an attack.

Please buy that book and read through it. If you really don't want to buy it, PM me and I'll buy you a copy.

If that's really what you love, you should check out this book.

For a good read on the stigma against mental health, please read Crazy by Pete Earley.

I've got this one and it's great. You can get it for around $180 if you wait for a sale.

I like that "palms facing backwards with arms in front of body ventral blocking whilst bouncing side to side" move that these kinds of idiots like to do.

Ventral blocking: What Every BODY Is Saying

Great book.

You're a fucking idiot.

You have nothing but ignorant assumptions that are mostly incorrect. You really sound like an awful human being from the two replies I got from you, to be honest.

Why don't you read this and get back at me: http://www.amazon.com/Three-Felonies-Day-Target-Innocent/dp/1594035229

You are not the first. It's an interesting book, if you haven't read it.

His movie on amazon.com has a 5-star rating. Can we please do something about that? I'd say that we could make this JusticePorn a bit Justice-ier.

As I said, I actually have the equipment at home now and my brother helps me out with my program. I am using one of Rippetoe's starting strength routines and it is exactly as you described. Approx 45 minutes a day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I think I am going to throw 20 minutes of running/biking in on the Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Had to Google that one. That thing is a brute! I think that would be too heavy for my 140lb frame, and I'd be concerned about those spikey bits getting caught up in zombies, brush, and buildings.

Though you did remind me of the FuBar Forcible Entry Tool, I think that's my ideal zombie weapon. Heck, it even comes in an 18" version in case you think you'll get pinched in tight quarters.

It appears they followed the educational advice of Michael and Debi Pearl
