Looks pretty good to me but I think a few small changes could get a little better value.

I'd suggest getting the 3000 or 3200MHz versions of your RAM instead of 2666. It's literally two dollars more on Amazon. for 3000.

You could possibly save a bit of money with a different motherboard, but if you like that particular one it should work great. I don't have any specific recommendations because I don't know if there's anything specific you needed that that board has.

Personally I don't like having have two different drives for OS and any programs, so I'd just go with a single 1TB 970 Evo for $228 and a HDD with no 2.5" SSD. Or to save a bit go with a HP EX920 for 38 bucks less. With either choice, enough super fast NVMe storage to fit the OS and every single program you'd realistically ever install is worth the loss of 250GB space total when you are also getting a massive storage HDD with several TB.

You could definitely save on the PSU unless you plan on getting a second 1080ti in SLI. A high end 8700k/single 1080ti system running CPU, GPU, and storage stress tests simultaneously would still be unlikely to ever hit 500W, and in real world usage would rarely pull over 400W. You could definitely save on the PSU while still having plenty of headroom. I definitely wouldn't go lower than 500 or 550, but there are plenty of top-tier brands of 650 and 750W Gold or Plat rated PSUs for much less than $140. EVGA's Supernova G2 and G3 are around 90 bucks for top quality with a 10-year warranty and gold efficiency.
Even the normal black colored 850W Corsair RMx is thirty bucks cheaper thatn the $140 white one you picked, which would pay for the other upgrades, and you usually don't even see the PSU or its wiring any more as most cases have a PSU shroud including the SPEC-OMEGA RGB you chose.

I'm not a fan of that case's plastic Transformers look, but if you like it, other than aesthetics it seems like it has every feature you'd want in a case. IMO NZXT's H500i looks a lot cleaner while still having built in controllable RGB and a glass side panel and is also 20 bucks cheaper without having to fill out a rebate form. If you do that though, I'd suggest getting one of NZXT's AIO CPU coolers instead of Corsair's to work with their LED sync software. Usually makes sense to try and keep sync-able RGB stuff the same brand for compatibility.

Everything you already have selected should work great together but some tweaks would get you a better deal for what you're paying.

Je ne te compres pas...
Honestly, this is beyond my expertise but ill give you my humble opinion.
Are you sure your cpu will give you the most out of your graphic cards? I feel like you could use a a more powerful cpu.
are you gaming with the second monitor? Bc if you are just going to use just for social media while gaming i would suggest you to get a hp pavilion monitor at $90.00.

You can use win 10 without paying for it, just download the driver and click that you will activate the key code later. Its pretty much the same as win 10, just that you will have a water mark in your right bottom corner telling to to activate it. Also, you wouldn't be able to your background screen from windows but you will be able to do it from google (just right click the image and click set as a background)
And the most important thing... YOU ARE MISSING RGB!!!
Edit
I think this psu is better for your rig https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LY4OJYJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_0JAPzbCV07BSN
Gold standard does a fine a job, platinum and titanium are pretty much much for bragging rights.

Keep in mind these are just my amazon searches, so there definitely could be better actual monitors on different websites or better prices elsewhere.

This is the one I have. It’s the cheapest high refresh rate g-sync monitor that I know of. It’s good but the colors aren’t the greatest. It’s still an insane improvement over my $120 Costco 1080p 60hz monitor.

This is basically the best 1440p monitor currently available. It’s got g-sync, an IPS panel, and i think an audio pass through. But, it’s expensive and kind of flashy which may mess up your setup if you care about that.

This is a nice 4K IPS monitor. It’s only 60hz but even with a 1080ti you won’t get above 60fps in many games at 4K with higher settings. Again, it’s expensive.

This is a 4K 144hz monitor with g-sync. You could probably find a way to get a 1080ti, a better monitor, and better cpu for about half the price so...

I would avoid the firepro GPU, personally.

Designed for Computer Aided Drafting applications. My understanding is that they are great cards, but they aren't really optimized for gaming. For what they do they have an awesome cost per performance ratio, but for gaming it will be kind of the other way. If you're doing CAD applications your processor will bottleneck you before your GPU regardless.

Buy the beefiest card you can listed here:

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gpus,4380.html

That being said, I think NVIDIA just announced their new line of cards, and Amd is supposed to right away. They very well could top this list for cost per performance when they are released. Supposedly they are a big deal. When you building?

The GTX 1060 might be right in your wheelhouse. I am sure the amd cards will be pretty good too.

Also, you might get a better deal by buying one large hard disk and creating 2 seperate partitions on the drive. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00EIQTKAS/ref=mp_s_a_1_11?qid=1463014938&sr=8-11&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=hard+drive

Can you get an extended warranty on it? I have trouble trusting used products but this is a pretty good deal, a new Strix 580 is going for like $370. If you don’t mind going with another brand, here are some cheaper 580s with similar specs:

Aorus Card

MSI Card

Red Devil Card

I can understand why you’d want the Strix though. Beautiful card. It’s really up to you, just be careful. If you can somehow get more warranty on the Strix I’d say it’s a pretty good deal.

Where do I find refresh rates?

Thanks! They're actually a cheap set I got on Amazon. They're nice and bright. Here's a link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01AZ4XX0E?psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_pd_title

[Ryzen & GTX 1050 Ti Edition] SkyTech Archangel Gaming Computer Desktop PC Ryzen 1200 3.1GHz Quad-Core, GTX 1050 Ti 4GB, 8GB DDR4 2400, 1TB HDD, 24X DVD, Wi-Fi USB, Windows 10 Home 64-bit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077QDM2DP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_VCuUBb05EXVQ5

This is a good deal at the moment especially for a medium end build. The system is fully modular and uses no generic components (all known brands). Currently peice by peice costs more to build yourself. Good to consider.

Is the pc you picked out better than this pc that was suggested in another comment?
