Kinivo BTH240s are super cheap, bluetooth headphones, decent sound quality, battery lasts forever, great fucking gym headphones. Cheap enough that you can drop a barbell on them and not care very much. No cords to worry about. I love mine. I usually wouldn't shill stuff but they're a great fucking deal.

since it is matriarchy monday, I'm going to recommend this book to anyone who is a woman or likes to fuck women. I haven't finished it yet but its pretty good so far.

I bought this one a couple of years ago and recommend it enthusiastically. We have a couple at our gym, too, and they've held up to some big guys, big squats, and rack pulls. It says free shipping even though it's not prime eligible...that sounds right, because I remember not paying shipping.

The other day at a commercial gym I failed a squat and everyone looked at me but didn't say a WORD because (probably) I had headphones in. It was glorious.

I recommend these.

I've had good luck with this one for some reason it's one of the few toys he doesn't destroy immediately. Anything that has legs or appendages of any sort get eviscerated but he only nibbles at it if he's bored and they last for at least a few months rather than a few minutes like any other "tough" toy we've tried other than a random airplane that was good for a few months until one day he decided it didn't need wings anymore

I got the GDCC200 for about €500 less than the amazon.com price. Ordered it from a reseller on the German Amazon and had it shipped to Dublin and it was still that much cheaper than buying it locally.

I like the half I put together! I actually compared this one to a lot of others, most of the home crossovers have loads of extraneous steel panels and thick box steel uprights to make them look better built. They also tend to angle inwards so at the back there's not much distance between the uprights. That means they have the same footprint but no open space. The uprights go straight back on the body-solid so there's lots of free space which I plan on using for my powerblock stand for an overall fuckarounditis bro-temple vibe.

It was from this book, an old Egyptian recipe, dates mashed in goat's milk with wheat porridge. And the dates blended with milk was actually pretty good. The hot porridge just kind of washed out that flavor. I have some left I'll try later and see if it's better cold.

Box squats went kind of...okay. Weird popping in my hip at times.

She got them at the mall, but I'm pretty sure these are the same.

okay well I ordered this bike because I think Amazon had a pallet of old ones or something and they were selling them for $130-$200 depending on color. I looked up the company and stuff and they seem to be essentially in the same sort of market as like Electra or Linus maybe - I assume the frames are made by Kinesis and they appear to have mostly Real Parts - tektro, FSA, stuff like that. Anyway, the kicker is of course that it's got a non-rollerbrake Nexus 7 rear hub, and that hub is worth nearly as much as I paid for the whole bike. Plus, and I'm not sure if I believe it, the bike I ordered was pictured with a Brooks saddle and Schwalbe tires. So obviously if it comes with those I could part it out and make money. I think it's probably gonna come with a vinyl saddle and Kendas which is also fine.

I've never ridden a city bike or anything nearly as upright as that, and it seemed like such a hilariously good deal that I couldn't pass it up. Even if I hate it I'm absolutely certain I can sell it for $200.

If I do like it I'm gonna zip-tie a milk crate to the back and cruise about on it. And it will be an experiment for a proper cargo bike which will be similar weights and uprightness. It's like a starter model!

I'm a little worried because I don't actually own a spoke wrench and I'm sure there's a good chance that I'll have to true the wheels when they arrive in the big box.

I also don't have room for it on my bike-clothes-hanger and it'll be really heavy, but my current thought is "fuck it, it's got an IGH, it can sleep outside"

Have you ever tried an epilator? You get the same benefits of waxing in terms of softer stubble and slower growth, but in a quick and easy format. As a fellow member of the lighter skin/darker hair club, I have almost no patience for shaving.

Last winter I discovered this moisturizer for the dry/itchyness. While your winters are much colder than the Philly winters, I've never used anything that took away that dry, cracky, itchyness on the regularly-exposed bits of skin as well as this stuff did.

This is one of the best cookbooks ever and has everything from simple to complicated. I've seen used copies for only $5. Lots of bulk meals, as well as quick under 15 min meals.

I bought this one a couple weeks ago. It's not the bestest bar in the world, but it's solid, and still showing up to me as on sale. If you're not looking for top-of-the-line type stuff, it's got my vote of approval.

Nice. I recently got this one right before my meet because I was paranoid about accuracy while water cutting. It is great and everything except for not having a backlight.

Your program definitely doesn't slack. Maybe spend some time at slightly lower relative intensities?

I also need to use this time of you cutting to close the gap on the 405 squat, although I am kind of running away on the scale myself since vacation...

OOH. You ever use chamois butter? You basically use it to grease up your taint/nipples/whatever might chafe for running/biking/paddling etc. There are quite a few creams that work like this, butt this one is one of my favorites. It's a game changer!

u/dearsergio612 · 2 pointsr/Weakpots

Is this similar to or possibly the exact thing you are talking about?

If yes, I'd be interested in a review. I could possibly see myself buying that after the intial bar+yoke and stuff are purchased.

Chamois Butt'r

I use it every time I run, and during long rows.
