You could try a therapy “happy” light . I have seasonal depression and it makes me feel all of these things but I’ve had a huge improvement since using the light in the mornings!

Bikini bump blaster. It helps prevent irritation by helping to disinfect. It also reduces ingrown hairs. Make sure you are exfoliating before you shave, shaving with the grain, and using moisturizer after. I shaved until 2 years ago when I started waxing.

So do you see a pelvic floor physical therapist? That really helped out when I had bladder issues.

Oh. I'd say try putting some heavy duty moisturizer (this one is my fave) for a few days and see if it clears up. If it doesn't, go see your GP.

Get you some of this breast lotion . I would get little bumps and rashes under my breasts from sweating. This helped tremendously!!
