Scumbag OP doesn't include the Amazon link.
It is "safe" to vacuum anything that isn't a circuit board or a hamster sized mammal.^1 And, even then, the risk of static shock damaging anything is as much an urban legend as it is reality -- in 25+ years of IT I have never once cooked a component with a static shock and I never ever use wrist ground straps (I do touch the metal case first just to be sure I ground myself once, because hey, you never know maybe the computer case is filled with propane and I might blow the fuck up and think of the stories I could share with the grand kids one day).
The only real danger is if any of the keys are at all loose -- you then have a date with a vacuum bag and a knife and you get to rummage through it to find the key it sucked up. ;)
Using a brush end on your vacuum will get some of the dirt and junk out, but it wont clean the surface of anything but dust. SO, according to some asshole on the internet who herds cats (9000 of them), go ahead and use your vacuum!

I've tried a number of hand held "keyboard vacuum" products over the years and they're all toys. (you get a lot of this sort of shit free at trade shows / ComDex / etc)
THIS actually works. But you'll look like a tit if you use it at work... if you want to use this the right way, put the hose on the blower end of the vacuum and not the suction end, it will clean your KB better that way.
