That’s a great resource, I’m not super familiar with Bluetooth because being wireless is not a personal concern of mine but I recommended the Jaybird X3 further down in this post and they are the best Bluetooth earbuds around that price point for sure. For over-ear headphones I would think that the new Sennheiser HD 4.4 or 4.5 are probably your best bet, but you’ll be better off doing your own research rather than taking my word for it

I have these. They’re great. People also like the Etymotics and Eargasm plugs too. I have a pair of Eargasm plugs too that I got at an Excision show from his merch table, they work great.

Acid Dreams is the one that immediately comes to mind for me, mainly because the only reason I ended up knowing about it and picking it up was through a twitter recommendation by Lorin himself. It's quite an account of LSD culture and opened my eyes (pun intended) to some systematic lies that I never knew existed. Highly recommend if the subject matter is at all of interest to you! Cheers!!

Yo, I have those. I have the 19 dB and they have worked well at all the NYEs I've been too. That being said I also bought these and really like them. Plus they are a bit cheaper. I'm not sure which I prefer. I'm going to bring them all to Chicago and test them out. But yeah, I think you will be fine with 19 dB reduction if you choose the earasers.

These sound incredible for being in the ~$100 range. You’ll hear new sounds in even the most familiar songs. And the bass boosting feature is perfect for bass heavy tracks. It gives just the right amount of womp without drowning out any other parts of the track.

You can find them a lot cheaper on eBay too. I think mine were about $80 shipped.

Etymotic High Fidelity Earplugs, ER20XS Standard Fit, Polybag Packaging, 1 pair https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00RM6Q9XW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_OecYrlZ1jUAdo

I used these for freestyle and they worked wonders. I ruptured my ear drum river diving, and the bass caused me to feel the scar tissue, which hurt a bit. Using these, you can hear the music and everything else clearly while protecting your ears with no pain from all that wonderful bass

If you don't know what size will fit (I have small ear canals so normal fit me), I recommend buying the $25 pack that gives 3 diff sized plugs (6 total, 2 are foam)

https://www.amazon.com/Earphone-Headphones-Running-Eartips-Microphone/dp/B00Y0F6IBG a long long time ago someone posted about headphones on the Tipper sub, and one of the users recommended these. Seen the price and was like “fuck it why not” have had them for about 2 years and the sound these produce is absolutely insane. Crystal clear mids, highs, lows. They pack a punch. The only thing I’m not a fan of is their ear pieces but I simply just put a different set off a different pair. I highly recommend these.

If you already have Klipsch sub, I just got these Klipsch bookshelf speakers and they sound amazing. I don't even have a sub with them right now

I'd recommend an investment in these two fine products, used to drown out my Jungle neighbors at Tipper & Friends this year:
