You should do whatever you can to get off of WiFi. If you can't run a long ethernet cable to your router then you might have better luck with something like this.

I've had them since July 2017 and love them. They look cool but also help you focus on the TV more.
Another point to note is that when playing on big TVs your eyes can't take in the whole screen so you'll react far slower to anything that happens around the peripheries. When I switched from my big flatscreen TV to a 24" BenQ gaming monitor, my k/d improved significantly. I totally recommend this bad boy - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00CFFFGUM
I've heard it's some kind of legal red tape where it's only available to the country it was created in which is The United States of America. I can't find any official info right now but Amazon seems to support this theory of USA only:

If you're on Xbox get the Xbox One Elite, not a SCUF. It comes stock with all the customization options that would cost you over $200 to upgrade to with a SCUF.
Unless you value cosmetic customization more, then SCUFs are great.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Logitech-Surround-Sound-Gaming-Headset/dp/B00CJ5FPUE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1451247530&sr=8-1&keywords=logitech+headset - This headset is slightly cheaper than PS4 Gold and its just as good in my opinion. A added bonus with this headset you get a USB portal soundcard so any other headsets you get in the future will work with the PS4.
Wooo....At that budget, you could afford this-
ASUS ROG 27" 144hz, 1440p, G-sync monitor. $775 and is arguably one of the best gaming monitors you can get, if your hardware can power 1440p. I have no idea how all that works in the case of a console. Might be able to skip the G-sync, which makes that monitor expensive, and just go for the best 144hz monitor you can find.

Maybe Candy Land is more your speed?
I'm kidding! I just started playing yesterday and noticed you just have to level up and unlock the gear the higher level ups have. Like aiming faster, immune to UAV, sixth sense, etc... Above all, work on your aim and be tactical.
I just bought 2 sticks of that type of RAM for $31 dollars. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002N52ZO4/ref=ya_aw_od_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Good luck! I have this same setup.
/edit: you may want to upgrade your power supply if the card can't get enough juice at high demand. Just a thought.
Here you go Works perfectly.
SteelSeries USB Sound Card. I do have a steelseries headset as well though, so not sure if there is better options for you. http://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Siberia-Sound-Card-Black/dp/B000WJ9K4G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1453495316&sr=8-1&keywords=steelseries+usb+sound+card
Sure! It's not perfect, but it's a pretty fun game. I had a lot of small gripes with it; mainly that it has a lot of "wait here and kill enemies while someone else does a thing"-type missions, and that combat doesn't really have much punch to it, but the colorful world and excellent art direction makes up for any of the game's minor flaws, IMO.
I'd say if you can pick it up for $20 or less (and you can), then you should definitely give it a shot.

I've got this one. It seems to help some, but that's just anecdotal. I like the 4 docking/charging stations, but you do have to be careful with them because they're not super sturdy.
Hopefully you bought the Season Pass from Amazon since its still $35..

Here's what I use, the sound is amazing way better than Astro but the mic is kinda cheap.

What you're up against is the stuff like the ChronusMax. It's a mod, not a hack since it basically just takes advantage of game mechanics. Jitter mods have been around a long time over multiple games, so I'm guessing it's not an easy fix.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0148NNKTC/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I bought two of these not too long ago for my xbox and pc, perform very well for the cost.
SSHD - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EIQTKAS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Get the 2TB for speed, or 4TB if you just want a large drive. The 4TB is actually a good deal slower than the 2TB (still faster than the internal, but I bought the hard drive for faster access times AND larger storage. The 2TB is the balance of both)
Nyko Data Bank - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZZIF0VG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I get some laggy games but not every game.
Ideally, we would be able to use your consoles for this but for obvious reasons, we can't do that. We'll try to make do but for obvious reasons, this method might not be perfect.
Open two command prompts(Windows) or terminals(Mac). When you start experiencing lag spikes, try pinging your router and Google's DNS service.
On the first window, you're going to type this (Google):
Mac:
>ping 8.8.8.8
PC:
>ping 8.8.8.8 -t
On the second window, you're going to type this (Router):
Mac:(without the brackets)
>ping {Your router's IP address, eg: 192.168.1.1}
PC: (without the brackets)
>ping {Your router's IP address, eg: 192.168.1.1} -t
It should look something like this. After you've concluded your tests, you can press CTRL C to stop the ping tests.
Now this could tell us a few things. Your ping times to your router should be very close to 1ms. 3, 4, 5ms is fine but if it's above 10ms more than it's not, then your connection to your router is unstable. This could mean a crowded wifi connection. If you're using ethernet, try switching your cables and run the test again. If it's the same, then your router is at fault. Your ping times to Google DNS could vary BUT they should be consistent. If they're jumping between the from 10s to 100s to 1000s, then there is something wrong with your internet connection and you should speak to your provider.
If your wifi is at fault, there are various solutions we can try:
If you tried all of this and you've determined that your equipment is not at fault, then by all means, blame Treyarch. lol
