Actually, you've inspired me into digging further and found this cheap option that I'm ordering now. Thanks!!

yup, das keybaord is the best keyboard I used since model M and I'm planning on buying it soon. Currently I have mad catz v7 keyboard which is nice keyboard quality (and durability) wise but I don't really like the design. The only thing I will probably miss is the key under-light.

but it's great to have a keyboard you can kill a person with a continue typing :)

He's got a very interesting book about his experience, called Adrift: 76 Days Lost at Sea.

I highly recommend it if you like adventure/survival stories.

In the book by Ashlee Vance, Musk says that he thinks smart people should have more kids and was startled to learn that many successful CEOs have, at most, one kid.

Agreed. What helps when I have social anxiety (usually around those in authority or who have say-so in hiring decisions), I say to myself "so what?" because your anxiety is essentially telling you "what if?" questions. "What if" they think I'm stupid, what if they think I'm not competent, what if I'm not good enough. Fuck that shit.

Your stutter shouldn't be held against you, but I think that piece on social anxiety single handed gave me the confidence to speak to people in authority without shaking in my boots. It will help.

Also this book by Barry McDonagh. This is taken directly from his material (at least my therapist says so). https://www.amazon.com/Dare-Anxiety-Stop-Panic-Attacks/dp/0956596258

He just released a book of his most interesting and insightful interviews. It’s pretty good stuff if you’re into celebrities letting their guard down and peeling back the facade.

But poor Howard Stern has had to make the talk show rounds to promote the book, including shows like The View that he abhors. That’s tough to watch.

I've had it for a few years (in which time it's been safe in its case), but it had this problem out of the box. It wasn't a very expensive set.

I picked it up the other day for the first time in a few years and really enjoyed playing, expect that I sounded awful and the screeching kept me from making any very long notes.

I'd say you could give them books by Dianna Wynne Jones Vivian Van Verde, Ursula LeGuin, or Jane Yolen.

but there's all kinds of folktakes and fairytales they might like with legitimately strong women and girls.

Yeah, it really sucks 'cause he died as he and Julian(his first son) were starting to get close. But John really loved Sean, when he was alive. He drew for him, recorded with him (Warning: feels ahead), helped him sing Beatles songs, and wrote a song for him.
