I did not shop around for the best price and I'm pretty sure they're cheaper in the shops here. You could also find which country sells it for the cheapest.

Motherboard can supposedly support 32GB, but can't find 2x16 DDR3 except in ECC form, and I'm not going to spend money on it just to try it out and hope my mobo bios doesn't shit the bed on it.

Spent some money on "final upgrades" for my main box at home; should be worth it and get me a couple of more years out of this horse.

There's a really good book called The Botany of Desire by Michael Pollan and he talks about the Dutch tulip craze. I highly recommend it. If you have amazon prime, you can watch the documentary here. The tulip part starts at about 31 minutes.

If it's to the point where you HAVE to use an older laptop with IDE a better option would be to get an adapter and a 32gb CF card. It would cost except you can upgrade much easier, it won't self-destruct if you drop it, it uses less energy, it's quieter, faster, and will last longer. Basically better in every way.

This is the TV he is selling that you can get on Amazon for $500 used apparently and it has been discontinued. Thinking you could get $1200 for a used 55” 4K TV nowadays is pretty delusional.

Prebuilt PC's aren't affected as badly I think nVidia is not gouging the OEMs like retail is doing.

I had posted another helmet listing from this same guy about a month ago, and not only is that helmet STILL for sale at the same price, I noticed he has two others for sale as well. Of the three I could identify two, and both were priced higher than the price at amazon or revzilla.



Also for people that aren't aware, used motorcycle helmets are widely considered essentially worthless, as their inner materials degrade over time AND can be damaged without showing signs of impact. Usually when someone gives up riding they either throw their helmet in with the bike or junk it. Don't buy or wear used helmets.

Just as an aside, get the one with the 1/4" chuck, then buy the 1/4" to 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" adapters. The 1/4" chuck is way better than would seem, and the boss ring on the 3/8" falls out pretty much instantly, meaning it won't hold sockets. Trust me, I've used all the DeWalt cordless impacts, the 1/4" punches way above it's weight.

You can buy units for casement windows (like this but they cost more. When I had this problem I just bought the smallest regular one I could find, it fit with an inch to spare, and then I covered the rest of the window up with painted plywood.

Apparently they are popular. I have seen them in several shops.
