Bundle is here but it's not on sale. 50% is a little misleading since the bundle is $30. Buying them seperatly is normally $20 x 2. Considering the bundle exists you're effectively saving $10, and will still need to dish out $15 for Necro if you want the "full" game.

I just set the display to speed and watch that I don't let it fall too low. I would still say that a treadmill on an incline is probably going to burn calories faster. I went with a bike over the treadmill because it's smaller and easier on my knees, and I can keep my upper torso steady for holding using a mouse or holding a book.
I know there are motorized pedal units that I think are intended for therapeutic use, this one has decent reviews:

I don't know about the Mac, but here's my experience on the PC: There are a few variants of the X360 controller. One has a custom rechargeable battery pack, along with a USB wire. This variant will just charge the controller, but won't make it available as a device on the PC. Another variant has a wireless receiver that plugs into a USB port, along with the Windows device drivers to make use of it as a wireless controller. The last is a wired controller with drivers for the PC.

For me, I did the trial, got hooked, ponied up the 30 bucks and never looked back. Although I do contemplate the RoS deluxe upgrade, but it's only cosmetic with a pet.
