I would like to recommend as fitting nicely with the 1 doge = 1 doge philosophy of "enthusiastic indifference" the following two references for those interested in economics and currency markets:

Thank you so much for all your help you have been very patient with me despite my constant ignorance. You are very good at explaining these things so if you don't mind giving me some advice.
I have around $400 I can spend right now. I have a decent GPU and I was thinking of getting the Antminer S1 (Amazon Price: $269) which has a hashrate of 180 GH/s. Using many calculators I estimated my ROI to be in 3 months as power consumption is negligible and I already have a PSU. Do you think that this is a good investment?
I'm not getting the stuff now and I'll still need to wait to October for a friend to get me the stuff from the US so this is not happening now or with these specific items. But theoretically, with all that I laid out to you: If I could start mining tomorrow and the Bitcoin or difficulty doesn't change dramatically will this really work out?
Again I deeply respect your patience and thank you so much for all your help.
If you train regularly, then use this downtime to read and research. If you have not read it already, Mark Rippetoe's book Starting Strength is a pretty good read.
Additionally, try meditation or even yoga.
You can also look at catching up on some good movies or some great books.
And if you are in mood for some light reading, I have sent you a PM with a link from where you can freely download my books on Trivia Quizzing: Vol I, Vol II, Vol III, Omnibus. Each one should not take more than an hour and hopefully you will enjoy them.
Also, I'd recommend picking up some of these (they have smaller ones than the 80 count, if you want to try them out)
They look a bit different, but they work just as well as the other k-cups. The coffee is damn good too, for those that like a strong coffee, that's not bitter. I've had Fog Chaser and French Roast, and my wife and I both like them very much.
Great post!

Growing The Money Tree - Financial Freedome One Leaf At A Time
The description and such are the same on that page as they are on Amazon, but my Amazon page has some reviews for those who may be interested. Link for Amazon is here.
Thanks shibes!
I'm sorry but if you've purchased something from a business you should contact them about it, not post it on dogecoin dragging everyone else into your drama.
Should we start ragging on Amazon on here too while we're at it? I fucking purchased Tuscan whole milk, 1 Gallon, 128 fl oz and it was not what I expected. Mine came used and had formed cheese curds at the bottom, which, while it's perfect for poutine, I didn't ask for. Now I have cheese curds and no french fries. Thanks obama.
Edit: The number of people who seriously thought I bought milk makes this all the more hilarious.
I highly recommend getting some Opinels and some Moras in stock. They are considered by many to be the best value in the budget knife game, they're also personal favorites of mine. The Mora I linked to is my go-to fixed blade.
This history is actually false. For a good accounting of why, see David Graeber's excellent "Debt: The First 5000 Years."
There actually isn't any evidence whatsoever that economies operated on barter initially. Barter appears to only arise in societies have had money but then do not have enough access to it for some reason. In other words, Barter is what money economies are reduced to when money becomes scarce or worthless. It appears this whole myth of Barter, then commodity money, then commodity backed money, then credit money can be traced to Adam Smith, who appears to have simply deducted back in time that it must've been barter because if you take away money, what do you have? However, we do not have any evidence of barter based economies in actual historical or anthropological studies.
Current anthropology suggests that credit came first, then money, and only barter in situations where money cannot be found. Really, read Mr. Graeber's book, it's really interesting.
Sorry about that pokershibe place you used to use.
5k is worth almost nothing.
You aren't new, and you aren't begging. I gotchu dawg.
+/u/dogetipbot 5000 doge verify.
Woof Woof.
You can take out the laptop hard drive, and mount it in an external hard drive enclosure like this: https://www.amazon.com/Sabrent-2-5-Inch-External-Aluminum-Enclosure/dp/B00E362W9O/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1469826884&sr=8-5&keywords=hard+drive+enclosure+2.5
You can also get usb 3.0 for faster transfer rates, but it might be more expensive.
The value of the doge is much less than the enclosure, but if you have any other data on your drive you want, this is probably the easiest way to get it.
Someone already suggested codeacademy, another one to check out is https://www.udemy.com/java-tutorial/.
Note: If you are looking for a teaching tool for people who have never coded before, always check to see if one of the first programs (if not the first) it has you code is a "Hello World" program (or equivalent). It is a simple program that just prints "Hello World" on the screen that is the first program most people learn to code. If the guide is starting with something more complex than "Hello World" it may not be for absolute beginners. Just something to look out for.
If you are OK paying for a book, a good book in the beginners section would be Java: A beginner's Guide from Oracle. Start with the two free sources mentioned first as the book jumps into more advance topics more quickly.
This would be really cool: http://amzn.com/B001AY2WLU
Or one of these: http://muchmarket.com/downloads/dogetag-laser-etched-dogecoin-address-dogtag/
Or just some doge would be cool.
Merry Christmas!

I'd love to see a piece of metal shaped like a bone, for nature - based cold Storage. (Back yard, remote mountaintop or deserted island depending on the amount stored)
a secure USB Flash Drive to store your dogecoin wallet would be awesome
kind of like this: http://www.amazon.com/Ledger-Wallet-Nano-Bitcoin-Security/dp/B00UA47IIS
hi, I'm late!
if you had $5 worth of dogecoin, you can push it directly into changer.com to an egifter.com payment (for bitcoin), and then buy a $5 amazon gift card and apply it to your amazon prime account to buy this
This is very good to get started on basic economics theories: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Economics-Dummies-UK-Peter-Antonioni/dp/0470973250
Don't be put off by the Dummies title. It's an excellent book for beginner. And it's also available, ahem online if you search hard enough.
I've linked one I have below as an example but there are lots of types. Some like the one linked have hardware protection so u can't brute force it.
I have a linux live boot/virtual box on it along with some other secure info so I can use it on other computers if I need.
