On your toes, especially, don't overlap the edge of the skin - this "seals" the nail, making them much harder to dry out and making it easy to get a fungal breakout (which looks really unsexy). There are anti-fungal polishes that you can use as a base for your toes.
Paint your toenails only for special occasions to avoid messing them up. If you want your fingernails to look good, practice keeping them nice, and use a clear nail polish like a strengthening polish - if you get "caught" you just say you like your nails to look nice and this protects them.

While I'm slim and lithe, I've got thick watermelon crushing thighs from years upon years of bicycling and lots and lots of walking - no-car life!
I'm not sure your own personal size but can I suggest, pick a thing and try it out? If it's not the right size, ok great now you know what didn't work and you can work from there. People balk at shopping online but I'm like, if I waste ten bucks here or there to find out if spmething fits from the privacy and convenience of my own home I'm good with it. I read reviews, I gravitate toward things with more reviews, generally 4 stars and up, and if the reviews have pictures in them that I can compare to my own personal size, all the better!
Personally, I love pilates. They're also pretty easy to do and get into. I stumbled across this video a long time ago and I found it simple and fun, plus very informative about how to get into it. Also, since it's a video, it let me do it at home, which I always consider a plus.
I think that the most important thing for work outs is to find something that works for you and that you enjoy, just not some random thing because if you like it, then you'll be more likely to do it.

Don't be afraid of colours! It's a common trap to buy everything black due to its ease of matching everything, including itself.
It depends on what your style or theme is. Shop around online, people watch for style cues you can borrow from them. Go with clothes you're comfortable in at first, it doesn't have to be a sudden change (but it also can be)
My advice: go ham at home, assuming you live in a safe space and slooooowly ease into it outside. One piece of clothing at a time. A tiny bit more makeup than last time. You get the picture. It's very easy to get a look you're not intending to have by "overshooting" to the fem side immediately.
As for makeup, try starting with a BB cream and some super subtle blush.

I would start by shaving all your body hair. Buy an Epilator from Amazon I reccomend the Amazon Epilator ok, then I would keep epilating the whole body. The belly is painful but trust me it's Soo worth the effort. You can epilate anywhere on the body. IPL removal is helpful but you must keep doing it and might as well Epilate too. The Face I would reccomend professional Laser hair removal. It's $$$$ though. The Epilator will do a fine job on most the body. Anyways get one you can plug into the wall cause you will want to do it often for a while.

Not sure if I'd recommend it, though, but it's an option. Mine has nipples that definitely do not line up with my actual nipples, so I can only wear it with something that doesnt let nipples show. If you can get something similar for cheap, it may be a good starting point.
