I have Comcast. Bought my own modem since their rental fee is like $7 or $8/month. I pay $65/month for the Blast package and it's plenty for our house (don't have TV service.)

nope, just manual. but in the header there is <!-- onsale:yes --> (or no) which is used for the Alexa skill, so you can pull from that if you want to check. https://www.amazon.com/Nick-Vandersluis-publix-chicken-tender/dp/B075MR7MBY

Southeast Orthopedic specialist in Ponte Vedra, can't remember the doctors name but he operates on a lot of athletes. BUT. My husband bought this book right before he was suppose to get his surgery and actually healed his shoulder. Dodged a surgery!! https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/0982193734/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Even if there is an ordinance it will be near impossible to enforce. Install a motion activated sprinkler and appropriate signage to deter dog walkers and strays alike.

This got me through Matthew. Ran several days powering the fridge, lights, internet, cable, and TV.

You can get them just about anywhere. Put them throughout the house behind furniture, in cabinets. And in other places you'd expect roaches. They are irresistible to roaches and kill them quickly. Only downside is when you look at them you can see where the roaches have been munching on them and it's kinda disconcerting hahaha.

i use a cheap RCA flat one. I can see the TV towers near tinseltown from my window so I face the front of it north to get ION and QUBO ( i delete the other ch 21x channels). I actually have two antennas that run to an A/B switch I got online so if one becomes hard to get i can try movng the other one which is rabbit ears. I have tape marking the position of the flat antenna in case it gets yanked down... again.. by the dogs.

Ive used antenna tv since before the digital switch and I have to move my antenna a few times a year no matter if i have it on a nail in the wall or sitting on a shelf with the stand. I just wait til i am utterly irritated by it or have a very very very patient day. I miss my old tv that had a signal meter on it, it really helped get the 21s.

Use https://www.antennaweb.org/ to help you better orient yours and mouse over the different channel colors RED/YELLOW/GREEN to see the line of sight for those. I can't get 20 here by Sandalwood.

I'm paying for the 50 Mbps internet from Comcast, and I've had no problems. When I do speed tests online, I generally score around 55 Mbps down.

One thing to look at is your modem. My brother had this problem where he was paying for the fast internet, but was using a DOCSIS 2 modem. To get the high speeds, you really need a DOCSIS 3 modem. It took him from around 8 Mbps to 50+. You can get them for around $60 (This is the one I use)

was that the "it's a black problem" post? because i disagree with your assessment. the post was worded poorly, but there is certainly evidence the black community eschews education as pointed out in Losing The Race: Self-Sabotage In Black America by John McWhorter. Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams (particularly the former), who i reference in my other response, have written much about blacks and education, drawing upon their economic expertise comparing schools, educational outcomes and reported violence over many years. Larry Elder also touches upon the topic in Ten Things You Can't Say In America, and like the previous authors touches upon other issues currently (a key word) more common to the black community, particularly poor black communities.

i point this out as i intended to expound further, hopefully bringing the user to a wiser conclusion (supported by evidence).

the irony of arguing about someone being banned for offensive behavior in this thread is certainly not lost on me. in fact, i wholeheartedly agree with self-policing within communities. that said, i'm not so convinced accusations of racism are methodically applied as people like to believe and this case missed an opportunity for a more enlightened conversation--despite such comments.

your call; my two cents.
