Just keep in mind that the parking surveillance mode requires the DP4 hardwiring kit which has battery voltage monitoring to prevent the cam from draining your car battery too far when in the mode.

You don't strictly require the DP4, but just at minimum some kind of battery protection kit for a dash cam. Good luck!

I do actually - I've got a pair of MPOW 059 bluetooth headphones in black.
These are closed-back, foldable, over-ear and are bluetooth or wired. I actually won them in a Reddit giveaway but simply don't need them. Other than me powering them on and testing them for 5 minutes they're completely unusued. Box is a bit squashed from their shipping but the headphones are perfect and have all the bits, full retail packaging with them. $50.

Not sure if she's into economics, though I presume there might be some interest given Marx and Philosophy, you could try Capital in the Twenty First Century - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capital_in_the_Twenty-First_Century

EDIT: I also just remembered an excellent BBC Documentary Series called Masters of Money that discusses the differing economic theories of Keynes, Hayek and Marx. Highly recommended - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Masters-of-Money-DVD/dp/B009CAWP70

Do yourself a favour and pick this up. It's a seriously good read and helps connect all the links.

Heh I know what you mean by twisting up like a pretzel in your sleep and waking up in pain. Good to know your friends reminds you.

The wrist brace I use is very similar to you: : bodigrip/tubigrip from chemist warehouse and this

The wellgate one is pretty stiff on the sides (has some metal inserts) and restricts movement while the bodygrip simply applies pressure. Wellgate brace comes with 2 velcro adjustable straps as well :) I find it annoying to wear while doing things as it feels unnatural.

I skimmed it and didn't see it the first time around but I do now and I've since read Amazon reviews and can fix those issues through some DIYing. Cheers!

> It didn't spread out because cars take up room.

Yes it did. Building car parks and highways causes sprawl.

Read anything about the history and causes of suburban sprawl and you'll find out that this is exactly what happened.

You can tell that this is the case because in places like Amsterdam where they didn't do this, people generally don't own cars, and bike everywhere.

Read this for instance: https://www.amazon.com/High-Cost-Free-Parking-Updated/dp/193236496X

I've been reading bearbrass and decided to go out and find the places I've been reading about. It's great to be a tourist in your own city.

Go to your nearest bookstore and buy a copy of “How to have a beautiful mind” ” by Edward de Bono.
Read it and adapt. It’s not that hard.

  • Amazon
  • WOD Life website

The WOD Life website is good as it sells packages with massage balls etc in them as well.

There isn't a link between a high-functioning public transport system and residential density, as shown by the excellent work of Paul Mees. It's basically been used as an excuse for policymakers in the Anglosphere to divest from, or privatise, public transport

So I read the whole thing, and this is what they provide:

  1. A completely standard body fat percentage reading (using an electronic scale) which you can probably do yourself at the gym for free, or like $5. All they do is estimate what % of your total weight is fat, and they aren't even that accurate.

  2. A magnesium supplement, which is a muscle relaxant, and has literally nothing to do with weight loss.

They're giving you an inaccurate $5 body fat percentage reading, and $10 worth of a completely unrelated supplement, for multiple hundreds of dollars.

You can bet that this is just the beginning, too. Once the naturopath attaches itself to the gullible host, it sucks out as much cash as possible before the host inevitably works out that they're getting conned.

Software dev that has worked at many enterprise companies. I don't recommend you study any language or technology other than what you can't use right away. There is so much out there that is niche/obsolete/ever changing/saturated. I have studied so many things that I have never used and quickly forgot.

You need to study design concepts/dev methodologies/software architecture/design patterns/best practices.

Nothing beats working under a mentor.

Courses teach you what to think as a developer but you need to learn how to think as a developer.

If you are interested in architecture (in a java context), have a read of this book. https://www.amazon.com/Java-Architects-Handbook-Second-applications/dp/0972954880
