Honestly that looks great. The capresso infinity grinder is great and that looks like what is used in the grinder. You'd be very happy with that setup. My recommendation for having them separate is Baratza has WONDERFUL customer support for repairs or small parts orders. Also, if you ever decided to brew a different method you can. From extremely coarse to near fine for espresso. The grinder on that all in one only looks like it has a few different variables and the grind for a pour over and for a drip is not the same. Its a pretty significant change in taste just by grind size or even brew temperature. I fully nerd out and use a thermometer for my water. Brewing at near boiling versus 200F makes a massive difference.

Hmmm. Well, I've really been enjoying my moto 360, but I'm both on android and a huge fucking nerd.

What's your coffee game look like? $200 would get a ton of great coffee gear, especially if you're just getting started.

How about sports? I'm an avid climber, so maybe you could get a punch-pass, climbing shoes, and a chalk bag and hit up a local climbing gym.

Let's talk toys, though. Quadrotors are a fucking BLAST to play with, and there's a million of them. I have this Estes ProtoNano and this Hubsan Quadrotor. They're both amazingly fun, and not too expensive.

Hey guys, maybe this should be a post in a daily discussion, but I'm completely baffled by this and thought all would be amused.

I ordered a pair of Unbranded 155's in the fall, love em. Size 32, fit like a glove. Order up the 107's in 32, and these comically small pants show up. Both tagged 32, both ordered from Amazon, both "skinny" fit. Now I know the picture isn't precisely set up to show exact measurements, but the flat on the 107's is shy of 14 inches, while the 155's is just over 16. The leg opening is sub-6.5" for fuck's sake...

I'm sure Amazon will swap me out a pair, but am I missing something? These are allegedly sold by Amazon, direct from Unbranded. Any similar experiences? Are these mis-labeled 28" chick jeans? Is the sizing insanely whacky on just the 107s? At this rate I'd have to order a 38 for them to get past my knees.

Can post more pics if you want...

Thank you for posting this, I'm glad someone did since I've been wanting to discuss my solution. Amazon sells different catheters that also quality for Prime shipping (gotta save that money).

My favorite jeans in my closet are my Momotaro copper labels closely followed by my N&F SF2 blankas (I like the straight leg better than the tapered leg, esp. for my size). For T-shirts I try to go with Woolx with either my (favorite) N&F Aloha Jacquard Tropical (black) or my J.Crew scribble print over it. I stocked up on Darn Tough boot socks and Exofficio boxers. A full grain leather belt from Hanks Belts (with 100 year warranty). For winter I was able to get a Barbour sapper waxed jacket half price from Macy's. And a customized pair of White's smokejumper boots are on their way from baker's (looks only slightly different from the ones shown). Top it all off with camo print Metal Gear Solid V sunglasses, and a Fitbit Charge 3 I start to really feel good enough about myself to actually leave my bedroom and walk around somewhere.

Most of my income and credit over the past 3 years has gone to these 2 outfits, and now that I'm listing it all out like that, I don't regret it. I feel like I'm armoring myself up to face the world.

Simple Green is the best. Honestly if you're dealing with just the smell now, hang em to air out for a few days and wear them. I have a few work shirts that have smelt very ripe and required a few wears and washes to completely go away (but they were usually still accompanied with the stain). Others have already mentioned it but fast orange is great if you end up doing a follow up wash.

Semi related, we had some hand towels that smelt funky so i soaked them in hot water and this: https://www.amazon.com/Mrs-Meyers-Clean-Day-Detergent/dp/B00CRATSRC and then washed them, again using this detergent. I find the fragrance to be strong, but it took care of the smell. Full disclosure though, I really hate the smell of lemon so to me its more noticeable. This also seems to smell stronger post wash then their other scents.

This is really cool. I don't know if anyone has any recommendations for some of the materials he used here, but I tried looking some up. I did a quick look at the rules, and I don't think I'm not allowed to post links, but if I'm not, I'll take down the links. One last note is that these are the result of a quick google - if you know any better alternatives (and/or why what I've posted isn't good) just let me know!

Glue - I don't really know where to start here. I feel like there might be a lot to fabric glues that I don't know about. I don't know if these are suitable for denim but here is fray stop and fabric glue. In general, it seems that fabric glue is generally cheaper.

Basting thread - turns out this stuff is dirt cheap. Here are some links:

  • Basting Thread 1
  • Basting Thread 2

Interlacing Fabric - This is pretty cheap stuff too. You can get lots of it but it looks like it comes on a board (and I think in general if you buy the larger quantities it becomes cheaper), but I don't have space for a whole board so here's a small one. The original one I found was pretty lightweight, so /u/raWorkshop offered a heavier alternative!

i've seen some nice fits with palladiums. they aren't leather, but might fit in with the tropical/jungle vibe, plus they aren't too pricey and get great reviews. +points for safari hat too.
i also really like these timberland earthkeepers
and the 6" chippewas look cool and are well made for sub-150 boots.

Do you have amazon prime? You can buy NF on amazon and their ship/return/replace turn over is very fast. Maybe buy two pairs and return the one that doesn't fit?

weird guy LHT - Amazon

Is this actually the Weird Guy in LHT? Wanted to try it on through Prime Wardrobe but I have to be sure.
