Here you go..

I'm assuming you missed the word "play" in there, right? And "Bang" should be capitalized? ....right?

I love body pillows. But I struggle finding one that is long enough to throw an arm and a leg over. I think I’m just going to have to makeone like this , since there’s no way in hell I am going to pay $100 for body pillow. And this pillow probably isn’t long enough/full of enough cushion.

On mobile so I apologize for the long links but she usually uses some combination of the following:

This one almost nightly - ComfiLife Orthopedic Knee Pillow for Sciatica Relief, Back Pain, Leg Pain, Pregnancy, Hip and Joint Pain - Memory Foam Wedge Contour https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ARJ7SBM?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

This one less often now that she has the wedge below - Sleeping Pillow for Back pain,Soft Memory Foam Lumabr Support Cushion for Side and Back Sleeper, Therapeutic Body Pillow for Sciatica Leg Hip Pregnancy and Joint Pain https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071RM4B53?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

Every night, this is her favorite item and helps a lot in combination with our Casper mattress - https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-Multi-Use-Bed-Wedge-Foam-Pillow/191267219

She still has occasional pains and some days are better than others. She was prescribed opioids for the pain but refuses to take them for the obvious reasons. She was taking 4-6 aspirin every 6-8 hours but now she isn't taking any daily pain medication anymore and only takes a couple ibuprofen on "bad" days. We also recently started going to the gym where we do different muscle groups each visit but it seems like back and legs days have helped her immensely as well.
