For what it's worth, it looks like complete seasons of Paw Patrol are on Amazon Video (and iTunes) for $29.99 each. (Google Play oddly breaks up the seasons into small volumes, but it's unclear what the actual episodes are.)
And Blaze is $19.99 per season on Amazon and on iTunes.
I know it sucks to pay for it, but maybe you can pressure Vue customer service into a discount that helps pay toward these shows online.

Full disclosure. I hate sling through the xbox and I access it through my Sony tv's android system. The remote works for everything on the xbox though and I have been using it for a while now.
