It's worth switching back because it makes your brain works how it's supposed to do, making nearly everything easier/faster etc... So, yep, it's likely to your left hand outgrown you right hand in any skills your left hand is dominant for (check out mixed-handedness too). That being said, check out this book a guy exactly on same situation as you wrote: Hidden Handedness. There's also a girl that put her videos on youtube about the experience of switching back. I don't know the channel link now, but a youtube search might point you to her chanel. Can't search right now, sorry.

I enjoy the .7mm pens over the 1.0mm and the capped pen over retractable. But I can't find a capped one that's in 0.7mm.

I absolutely love Zebra pens. In fact, all their 301s are phenomenal; mech pencils, colored pens, gels. Zebras are the only writing utensils I have bought in the past 4 years

Heavy wrist band.
They make little phone cord detangler thingees that are plugged in between your phone and the cord. It lets the cord spin freely/independently of the hand set and prevents this from happening.
I have always loved and really miss the Reynolds 045 Fine pens.
I've got an ambidextrous can opener that I love. No more trying to use a "righty" can opener.

I use symmetrical mice too, mostly for gaming (CS:GO). Currently on a Steelseries sensei rubberized. It's good because the side buttons are also on both sides of the mouse.
I found the Friskar too .. seems nice.
