Also an extra sweaty guy

Zipfizz as in like this? http://www.amazon.ca/Zipfizz-Energy-Sports-Drink-Mix/dp/B001O3U7AK/ref=sr_1_1/184-4601919-1125724?ie=UTF8&qid=1453124721&sr=8-1&keywords=zipfizz

I've been trying gatorade lately, but it seems to come with a good chance of stomach cramps, perhaps from the sugar.

I used to tape it with a gopro. Quality was good but was annoying to handle the files.

Now I use a cheaper option of a fish eye lens with my phone along with a suction cup. And now it's way easier to get instant feedback instead of having to deal with uploading huge video files. Videos are similar.

I use squash goggles - with prescription lenses. I also use a product called "cat crap" to avoid them streaming up. It's a very catchy marketable product name don't you think!

Seems to work OK for me - and it's perfectly safe.

You can find it on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002BHWZFI/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1474003974&sr=8-1&pi=SX200_QL40&keywords=cat+crap+anti-fog&dpPl=1&dpID=41QJrvPBofL&ref=plSrch

A decent racket should help too. Look for something that doesn't vibrate on impact, alternatively get a vibration dampener, something like:

http://www.amazon.com/Wilson-Profeel-Tennis-Vibration-Dampener/dp/B00GKQG2GY/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1421357641&sr=8-3&keywords=racket+vibration+dampener

A long time ago I had a cheaper browning racket which clearly vibrated and caused me issues, was unrelated to technique at least for me.

I'm not a pro by any means and I don't have much experience, but this racquet I bought has been really lovely: http://www.amazon.ca/Head-Xenon-Strung-Squash-Racquet/dp/B003AST1A4

Do you buy them at a local store? Because a dozen box usually runs close to $40 on Amazon. $24 for a dozen sounds like a fantastic deal.

These are always a popular choice. Sturdy, fit well and very common; most of the guys on my team use them.

Please consider getting a pair of court shoes. You'll move much better and the chance of injury will be way lower. You can get a cheap pair of asics gel rockets for a good price for instance:

Couldnt you use those for general gym shoes as well?

I don't... So, if you have your heart set on that bag, I cannot help. It looks fly AF, so I can understand why you'd buy.

FWIW, though: I just bought a big bag in order to carry racquets, balls, and, more importantly, some first aid stuff to the courts. I wound up buying this Wilson bag and it's a great buy for the price. Buy what you want, but, in case if you're looking for any economy, I felt I should chime in.

Big fan of these. They have a little hole at the top that helps prevent fogging

I got sick of spending so much money on grips and I just bought this pack of 30 overgrips as a test (https://www.amazon.ca/Gamma-AGSO13-Supreme-Overgrip-Gray/dp/B000F812NG/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1511204221&sr=8-3&keywords=squash%2Bgrip&dpID=51mh%252B%252B2CF-L&preST=_SX300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch&th=1&psc=1)

I removed my old Karakal grip and replaced it with a single overgrip. So far so good... Played 4 matches with it and I liked it quite a bit. It's a bit thin, so I might layer another grip over this one once it's not as tacky. But 30 overgrips for $30 seems like a much better deal...

Wonder if anyone else has tried this out?

I went for the Head 135 CT still getting 100% used to it. The frame is pretty bulky despite it being light which makes for what you see and what you feel not adding up. It's a good racquet to start out on, feels very sturdy so I'll be sticking with it until it breaks. Which I suspect will be a long long time away.

I have medium width feet and bought these in my normal size. They were super narrow. Give them a shot.
