Mug awards can be given barista to barista so maybe ask someone to just award you one for being cool?

In the future you can use these to keep your pins on almost permanently:

I'm on a similar journey and I just bought one of these and it's been working out great for home coffees, teas and sodas! Makes the water I've been drinking for years from the fridge taste like it's been steeping in chlorine by comparison, haha. Thought it might help.

The Tazo Iced Tea pitcher packs, the brand of tea that created Passion before we rebranded it as the Teavana version, is widely available. I've seen it at many department stores. Amazon is always a good channel, I've ordered it from there a couple times.

I have this one for making matcha drinks, used it on some milk today and it worked great.

Like others have said, roll the coins. You might want to look into a coin sorter if you have a lot of them, something like this automatically wraps them for you: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B006J36V8M/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1462903210&sr=8-1&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=coin+sorter&dpPl=1&dpID=414lwS39BgL&ref=plSrch

If you can convince your SM that it will reduce labor, I'd say it's worth it

I love this one. The glass comes out easily for cleaning and it makes a great cup. $40 but worth it.

Actually I found the chestnut praline syrup from Amoretti was pretty close to spot on:

I do my chestnut praline lattes in soy because it amplifies the nutty flavor instead of masking it. It's lovely.

I bought this and have been doing some trial and error of my own , cold brew maker
I have tried grinding it at a paper filter, metal, French press and a bit in between. I’ve found French press does work best and bring out the best flavor

So QASA came by a couple weeks ago and my previous board got really dirty.

I made a new signal board using a multiplication board (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004ZAKHHM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). I made the individual squares and printed them on an 8.5x11" label, cut them into the size of the squares, and stuck them on. I used a top coat nail polish so that the stickers won't smudge while near the espresso machines.

To signal, all you need to do is press the button to make them pop out and when it's retrieved, you can just push them back in. A really quick and simple way to get most or all of the things around the store that's high in demand! I hope that this one lasts a little bit longer than the previous one.

Edit: My first gold! :o thank you so much! I hope that I can share more ideas that will help your guys' store as well!

We have store gloves, they're like this:

https://www.amazon.com/Royal-Industries-Elbow-Length-Heavy-Duty-Rubber/dp/B008NB5BDY

But green and i think made for dishes. also works great to unplug the cold bar sink.

Numbness is normal for second degree burns, which it sounds like you may have. You can't feel it because you're losing that skin and the layer beneath it. On the plus side, it sounds like it's going to happen fairly cleanly, without any open wound.

Obviously I'm going to recommend you go to a doctor but, if not: your biggest risk is infection. So don't pick/peel it, at least until it begins sloughing off on its own. Clean it and apply neosporin or some other topical antibiotic twice a day. Get some finger gloves for like $3 at wal-mart, and use them while you work, trying to avoid any of the stations that involve submerging your hands in liquid.

If you even think you have sign of infection, you have to go to a doctor. Amputation will cost you more in the long term.

UGH. A couple of years ago I saw a fox mug in a Starbucks here in NYC that was adorable. I don’t think people went crazy for it to the point where it would sell out, but I definitely missed out on it. But this is like the second post where I’m seeing cute mugs exclusive to Japan (first one was the one with the bunny mugs from a month ago).

I’m waiting on Starbucks US to step it’s mug-game up.
