Honestly this is the best film I've watched in a hell of a long time. Now, I don't watch films, I'm just not a film guy to be honest. But this. It had me hooked from the opening scene. I'm really surprised by this as I already knew how it ended and a lot of how it went, as it is based on a true story, and as a fan of formula one, I knew almost all of it anyways, yet it didn't take from the experience at all.

The film, if you haven't figured out already, is called "Senna" and is about the life and death of Formula One driver Ayrton Senna and his career and relationships in the sport. As an avid F1 fan, even I learned many things even I didn't know and it gave me a whole new perspective on the 1989 Japanese Grand Prix, which is explained and shown in quite a lot of detail in the film.

As the F1 fan I am, this film is everything I could've wanted from a film about Senna. However, I actually think this film would be even better from an outsider's point of view, someone who may not be an F1 fan or may not be interested in the sport. Don't get me wrong, it's amazing for us F1 fans too, but it seems like an amazing opportunity to learn about someone you may not have heard of, and maybe even could be a gateway to developing an interest into the sport.

If you're interested in watching it, the title of the film, as I've stated before, is "Senna" and can be found on Netflix, or, if you don't have Netflix, you can buy a physical copy on Amazon.

I'm currently reading Into the Black which is all about the history behind the space shuttle program leading up to the first launch. I'm a huge space nerd, and some of my favorite books are autobiographies of astronauts and rocket scientists, and books about space stuff. That being said, I can't say I'm a huge fan of Into the Black. I think it's an interesting story, the slave shuttle, but the way it's told in this book just doesn't really capture my attention. I think it's mostly because of the writing style, it's often confusing and hard to follow. Highly technical books about this kind of stuff are always one I want to take my time with because of all the little details, but this one makes it even more difficult to read through the awkward skipping around in time and occasional weird sentence structures.

The next book in my hit list is The Kindness Diaries which is the true story of a man who circumnavigated the globe on a motorcycle, relying on the kindness of strangers to feed him, put gas in his motorcycle, and invite him into their spare bedroom. While I'm not planning to rely entirely on the kindness of strangers, I do hope to travel a lot, so I enjoy reading true stories of works travelers. This one was recommended to me by a friend, and it seems interesting

Rock Zircon

KZ ZS3

Tennmak Pro

I have both and both are amazing for the price. ZS3 are more comfortable and sound a but better overall, but the Zircon have a better build quality and the best bass I've heard on earbuds at any price. Haven't personally used the Tennmak Pros but I've heard they are great. Good site for cheap earbuds: https://audiobudget.com/leaderboard/iem

The ZS3 is my recommendation though as you can swap the cable out if needed. I have a regular aux cable for them and a Bluetooth cable.

If she has a favorite candy, that's always a good choice. Flowers can be cheesy and are a little overrated IMO, but if she likes things on the sappier, more classical side, you can go for that, too. As far as cat skirts go, this looks good if she's into skirts on the shorter side, or if she prefers longer ones, I think this and the available variations look pretty dope. And of course, if you really want to impress her, you can always go the 'ol Lonely Island route and give her your dick in a box, which will inevitably result in a BJ with a 100% success rate. /s Good luck!

http://www.amazon.com/Jasmine-S35-Acoustic-Guitar-Natural/dp/B0002F58TG/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1449111088&sr=8-4&keywords=acoustic+guitar

I just started playing the guitar and I have this guitar. It's 5 bucks above your limit but maybe someone could lend you 5 bucks for something? It's a really nice guitar for the price. To me, fingerpicking the acoustic is beautiful and it's easy to impress friends because you could pick up an acoustic anywhere and play it.

>With the reading, watching, and practicing--unfortunately, there's no bookstore in my city that has English books except a small one that gets many kinds of books, but ever since I've discovered it, I've read about... um, fifty books? But none of them are really on the list. I'll try to see what I can do and purchase those books.

It's very good that you have read books in English, also don't you have libraries? Here in the central libraries one can find many english books.

>Practicing--does writing count?

Absolutely! Writing, reading, speaking... all this counts! Remember that SAT is not only about English, it has math too, but you will probably get the math practice in your normal math courses in your school anyways (it's basic math in the SAT). There are SAT subject tests too, and some universities require like 2 or 3 of them. There exists many study books with practice exams in them. Flash cards are useful too.

Also, if you find the UK to be more appealing, you can forget SAT, and focus way more on your bacalaureat. UK is by the way very much cheaper, and occasionally free, since you're an EU citizen.

OH very important thing! The GPA, remember to have it as high as possible, because its VERY crucial in both the UK and US/CAN

About the ECs, try to volunteer for example to something you think you would like, maybe the red cross. Remember that having too much school clubs (like over 4) isn't good, because it shows that one joined the clubs only for EC records. You need to be passionate and like what you do as EC. Summer jobs is another good thing.

>Romanian education isn't very bad, but it's still a bit disappointing that I don't and won't study in English. Eh, I'll get over it, eventually.

I know that feel :/ It will get over, though.

day 1

you need a dope fit. Try to wear some off white / Givenchy / Gucci tee / hoodie

You also need some SICK pants. Adidas track pants will do it , or soccer pants. if worse comes to worse, go to an off white store and purchase some off white shorts.

Next, you need a DOPE hat. Now you have a few to chose from.

SYKE , get a supreme box logo hat. That is IT.

Now for the kicks

you need either some gucci aces, some yeezys, any type of yeezy besides that new ugly ass shoe or the calabasas. Basically, look like you're rich. Vans, yeah you could make em work. But get the FOG ones, or the ASSC ones, Not some GENERIC vans.

Now here's where it gets intense, you need to be have a DOPE backpack. Not just a run off the mill ll bean. Nah. You need a givenchy

Obviously the givenchy will run you a chunk of change, but what won't? Well here's the choices.

  • MCM
  • LV
  • Gucci

I recommend MCM, why? Cause lil pump has one. who's lil pump? Trappuh uh dah centry. Ok?
Heres a link to a nice MCM you could rock to school.

Not feeling it? Ok, we need to get with the gucci then. Right here's a NICE gucci backpack, designed for school? No, for flexing, but that's what matters.

Now if worse comes to worse you could flex with a nice lv backpack. here

Now, I know, this is the most expensive, but why? Cause LV is everywhere, LV is WHAT'S UP.

For a more casual day, you won't need all of this. This is the FIRST day.

    .

    .
You need to get some supreme hans tee's, boxers and socks. Get some palace socks and a few tee's and a few bape tee's. You need a couple off white longsleevs, and a tee. This is all for flex. Obivously every day you CAN'T wear your expensive shoes, so bust out a couple NMD ultra boosts, some gucci slides, or just a regular pair of yeezy creams. They go with anything. Here's the last bit of advice. DO NOT BE A HYPEBEAST! No one likes a hypebeast. Ty

I would recommend this book for the US Gov't. It got horrible ratings on Amazon, but this is because the comparative government part of the book is shit. The tests questions for US Govt are amazing, and half of the entire book is just practice tests, which is super helpful.

In the class, I'd say the stuff we spent the most time on is how voting in the US works and how a bill becomes a law. You may find these easy and want to focus on other things, but that's what my teacher spent time on. Good luck!

He would skip sections at a time. He'd just go, "Eh, you probably won't need this." On the bright side, he was more than willing to go over the skipped material with whoever was curious. He even offered to teach calc 2 to a woman who was taking a semester off to care for her son. He's a great guy.

You know what, how about a bismuth crystal?

Pros:

  • Doesn't stain
  • Stays solid
  • Shiny and colorful
  • Great listener
  • Science
  • Won't eat your food and break your heart

    Cons:

  • None!

I don't read a lot of books (I just like reading current events more) but I caught a great book while browsing through Barnes & Nobles.

It's called Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell. It's about a high school relationship.

Here's the official description:

"Set over the course of one school year in 1986, this is the story of two star-crossed misfits—smart enough to know that first love almost never lasts, but brave and desperate enough to try. When Eleanor meets Park, you’ll remember your own first love—and just how hard it pulled you under."

It caught my interest because I'm currently in my first serious relationship (although I've graduated HS now) and I wanted to see how these guys would end up.

It was a good read.. Plenty of quotes you can take pictures of and post on Tumblr lol.

Best in-ear headphones you can but for under $50 are Soundmagic E10, trust me, I've been through a fair few pairs of others. Great sound and they last ages. Check out the Amazon reviews if you need more convincing :p

Hello there, as someone who has just had their IB exams for Economics HL, I might have some worthwhile advice. I've heard some reviews of both Ian Dorton's book as well as having studied using that of Ellie Tragakes (1). Personally, I prefer the one by Tragakes. It's got detailed information, and a good amount of examples. I've used it myself, and I have mostly good things to say about it. Although the textbook is quite dense, the detail makes up for it. Bonus points for adding in many definitions at the back. This really helps when revising for both paper 1 and 2, as both papers require definitions. I have heard things similar to what you are saying about Ian Dorton's book, that it is good, but not too detailed.

Hope this has been of some help, and feel free to PM me any questions about IB, Econ HL, or whatnot. :)

Canon T4i is a great choice, but the T3i is almost as good and cheaper!

as well as the D3200.

It really depends on your needs, but they are both great cameras! Do some research into them. I think that this video might help.

Okay so for your first, you def want to buy a pre-built one, since building your own with parts takes both a lot of keyboard knowledge and a lot of money. I would, personally, suggest either getting a CoolerMaster (any model is good) or a Vortex Pok3r, since they both have relatively good stock keycaps and are well-priced. Before that, if you have $10-15, then I would really advise getting a switch tester so you can decide what type of switches you like. It's better than spending $100+ on a keyboard you don't like. To address your last concern of not liking the board, you can sell a "nicer" keyboard on r/mechmarket, a sub for buying and selling boards, and probably come close to breaking even. But to sell on mechmarket, you need a "desirable" keyboard, which is why I recommended getting a CoolerMaster or Pok3r. They're both pretty good boards/brands. No matter what, though, DO NOT get a Razer/Logitech/Steelseries/Corsair board. They're really overpriced, shit build quality, and nobody would want to buy them for more than 60% of retail on MechMarket.

Along with this, if you want a personal rundown and recommendations on switches, then just let me know.

Also, if you don't have as much $ to spend (or even if you do), I would suggest the Anne Pro board. It's hella good build quality for the price, and a lot of people say that the gateron switches on them feel better than MX switches (which both the pok3r and all of CoolerMaster's selections use.)

Also, I always recommend blue switches because of how nice the click feels to me (and BTW, cherry and gateron blue switches are pretty similar- most switch companies use a consistent coloring system for switches where blue is clicky, brown is tactile (semi-clicky), and red is linear (not clicky at all)) but it's all up to personal preference, so I would again suggest you get a tester or try some boards out at a local computer store to see which kind you like.

Hope all this helps!

I'm gonna direct you to this response I just made and also recommend picking up this practice book. My SAT score put me in the approximate 30 range already so I knew I was not in most cases the target audience for the average practice book. The book in my opinion is loaded with valuable information (advanced information that the average book or equivalent might not include or go into such detail, hence the specific 36 publishment) to help familiarize you with the types of questions the test will ask and the things you will have to know to answer them and the questions included are subjectively harder than the real ACT questions so that was a relief when it came to taking the actual test and it also made me feel more confident in myself, and confidence is key (in all aspects of life!!)
