I know I'm super late but I found them on Amazon. Hopefully this link works.

We don't have a Veggie Grill anywhere near where I live so I'm trying to copy some of the dishes. This was easy. Just pickle some onions and pan fry some fake chickn tenders (I used Gardein) and coat with 2 Tbsp of Korean BBQ sauce (20 Cal/Tbsp) and add a little sesame seeds and whatever else you like.

This is my favorite sauce

my pickling recipe is just rice wine vinegar with sweetener and salt. Let the onions or other veggies soak for about 1/2 a day. Tasty!

There are Books on Amazon like this , there are also MANY plans online.

Tbh: it would be better if you just eat the foods you like in smaller portions or a bit healthier alternatives, whenever you feel the need to. Otherwise it would be hard to keep up long term to follow a plan that isn’t catered to you.

This is the kind I used and I highly recommend it. It doesn’t have butter in it but it was really good and had the right amount of spicy without losing flavor!

I like to take Silk's Protein Nut Milk and mix it with this Vega powder and a bit of cold coffee for an afternoon boost. It comes out to 25 grams protein and ~200 cal. It's been perfect for the 2pm drag on long office days.

>Unfortunately Lysine is one of the harder AAs to get as a vegan

I take a pill. Very easy!

TX caviar: 1 chopped orange sweet pepper, 41g corn, 31g avocado, 1/2 cup black beans, 1chopped roma tomato, small, 2 T dressing (see recipe below)

dressing, 1 cup (only used 2 T for serving): apple cider vinegar, 1 T oil, dash of vegan chicken salt(or user other spices like garlic powder, onion powder, whatever you like), dash of fajita seasoning, no cal sweetener to taste, salt, ground black pepper to taste, lime juice or you can use TrueLime.

rice mix is regular rice with cauli rice. While cooking the regular rice in the rice cooker I added a little No-chicken bouillon and some cilantro. So yum. Then microwaved Green giant Cauli rice and mixed some of that with the regular rice. Then mixed in lime juice.

A kinda pricey, but totally fun option would be to pick up a fancy bento box which can keep hot and cold items hot and cold for hours and hours even when packed together! Go full on Asian with rice, kimchi, veggies, and a miso soup!

For the recipe I used Lily's Chcolate chips
https://www.amazon.com/Lilys-Dark-Chocolate-Chips-1x9/dp/B00H2AAXMQ
They're no sugar added so lower Calories. For the top of the brownies I used a few mini Enjoy life.

I think that Chocolate Covered Katie uses the Lily's or some other sugar free chips too because that is the only way she could have gotten that calorie count.
I use Lily's chips all the time to lower calories, like in this high protein peanut butter cup

This is one of the few protein shakes brands that doesn't upset my tummy: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00CWLA57S/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_11?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

I used their non-vegan mix b4 I transition to vegan. The vegan one is even better! I mix it with a nut milk & a couple ice cubes. Pop it in a lunchbox or a fridge at work & remix it with the cubes later. It also works well with a banana blended in btw. The chocolate one is so good!

I really liked adding protein with fiber into my diet for those days when I wasn't able to eat as many vegetables as I would have liked to. Manitoba Organic Hemp Pro Fiber

Soups, soups, lots of soup.

When you make a pot, make about four quarts. Get some deli containers (like these). Dispense your soups into serving sizes, cool in the fridge, and then freeze.

The night before you need it, pull one out of the freezer and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Pour into a microwave safe bowl the next day, and consume.

This is the one I started with: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QFY7X6T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_RKjuDbQ6HX5CW

And then I got its bigger brother: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GNSHPBQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_bMjuDbPZKSS99

Both have been great so far, and yes I've done tofu in both. The advantage of the big one is it can hold more, obviously, but also requires less shaking since the tofu can spread out more, creating more exposed surface area.

I’ve recently discovered Elevate and it’s so delicious!!!! I’ve used protein powders for years and this is my new favorite by far. 130 calories, 1.5g fat, 1 carb, 24g protein. I mix it with Bolthouse protein “milk”.

elevate

ETA: they have Vanilla, too.

These were soooo good! This is actually two pancakes (~ 5 inch wide ea), not three. The one in back came out weird.

to make them: 1/3 cup Bisquick mixed with water + bananas foster extract, caramel extract, no calorie sweetener, dash salt, walden farms pancake syrup

Banana foster extract is really good. I've started baking so many things with it.

I've made low cal brownies that tasted good using Earth Balance Butter (at target) and an egg replacer like Bobs Red Mill
