When roasting, I use Special Shit. It's nice and peppery. You can also get the sauces that are 1 point. I like the jalapeno cheese; it's great with broccoli.

I have another suggestion.

Almond milk and a frother.

I buy the reduced sugar almond milk by almond breeze.

It's 40 cals a cup and this frother from amazon. 1/2 cup of milk makes a fantastic cappuccino for 1 pt

Editing to add. Yummy made my self one! A 1 pt cinnamon dolce cappuccino (syrup from world market - 0 pts)

I don't know what electrolyte replacement you're using but you could always try something like powerade zero or a calorie free powder.

My favorite oatmeal (and actually tastes a bit better to me than the WW brand) is Oatfit. It's 3 SPs. I get the Maple & Brown Sugar from Amazon, but might be cheaper in your local grocery store too.

Here's a link if you want to check it out: Better Oats Oatfit Maple & Brown Sugar, 9.8 oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EFAJAM0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_9CrMyb30GCW99

Hi! I’ve recently rejoined and am also trying to stick to mainly plant based (transitioning to Whole food plant-based but not there yet).
On a daily basis, snacks consist of a lot of fruit, but I’ve also picked up mini pitas from aldi to dip in pb2 when I’m wanting something more substantial (5 pitas for 3 points) and Enlightened makes these little bean snacks for 2 points that really hit the salty cravings!

Breakfast: Coffee with 3tbsp of Sugar Free creamer (1sp) with 2/3 of a fiber one bar (3sp/4 for the whole thing, but I wasn't that hungry)

Lunch: Brought my work crockpot filled with buffalo chicken breast (5 oz chicken breast, ranch powder, franks red hot) (0sp) To make a wrap with an Ole! tortilla (1sp) and some avocado (3sp) and a side salad (0sp)

Snack: Greek yogurt with 2 tbsp of chocolate sugar free Jello pudding (0sp) and strawberries

Dinner is more chicken in the home crock pot (bourbon chicken for 3 sp, with rice for 6sp and whatever veggie I dig out of the fridge)

For refrigeration, I recently bought a freezable lunch bag similar to this one that my husband says keeps his lunch cool. For reference, I usually pack lunches at 5:30am and he eats his lunch around noon.

I would say packable fruit (apples, oranges/clementines) and anything that can be frozen are your friends. You can freeze containers/baggies of cold cuts, cheeses, cooked beans and/or rice, berries and other fruit, packaged guacamole, possibly hummus, and they'll thaw during the day and be ready to eat later. Many of these things are available to buy as single servings, or you could buy and portion out into Ziploc baggies to freeze and pull out as needed.

This may be more prep than you want, but I prep all of our lunches on Sunday for Monday - Thursday, so there is prep involved, but I get it out of the way in one go. We usually do salads, and I prep separate containers with the salad base (greens and veggies) and toppings (usually lean protein and/or beans and things like olives, cheese, etc.). Dressing goes in its own tiny container inside the salad base container. If you put a little piece of paper towel in the container with the greens, they stay fresher. Snacks are fruit, veggies, hummus, cheese.

http://www.amazon.com/Runa-Amazon-Guayusa-Unsweetened-Bottled/dp/B00ER0N4ES/ This one is my favorite! Its sweet and fruity tasting without being sugary. Hope that makes sense!

I second the monk fruit! I thought I hated all zero-calorie sweeteners, but then someone turned me on to monk fruit sweetner and it was a real game changer. I can sweeten everything now. I mix it into flavored seltzer and it's like having soda pop again! Let's see if I can do a link the way Reddit likes:

I haven't used it very long so I can't really say if it's a good long-term solution but I recently bought this scale: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N1UX8RW/

It's blue tooth enabled and, though I've not tried it yet, their app claims to sync with the Fitbit app (along with a couple of other apps). I've not used that functionality yet. If it did work, though, it's a much cheaper alternative for automatically syncing with Fitbit, as it's $32 instead of $100.

I also like that it uses AAA batteries. My last scale used those small, round disk-like batteries, and they're a lot more expensive. Plus you can get rechargeable AAA batteries but I've never seen rechargeables for those disc-like batteries.

Haven't tried them yet, but a lot of people really like Good Thins Corn (link to amazon but sold in most grocery stores, too). 3pts for 41 crackers.

As another poster said, TJ's has a jarred queso dip that's 1pt for 2tbsp, but if you don't have a TJ's local to you then the Tostitos jarred queso is 2pts for 2tbsp.

The best-tasting is whey protein IMO, but since figuring out I had a dairy allergy a few years ago, I either get this egg white protein (although it's expensive af) or vegan protein like this.

I blend a scoop or two with a frozen banana, some ice cubes, and some unsweetened almond milk, maybe a tbs of peanut butter, and it's almost like drinking a milkshake. Keeps you full for a long time too.

I use quest protein powder...comes in a large tub and it's 1 point for one scoop. The salted caramel is really good! If I have the extra points, I'll mix it with milk, but I usually just mix it with water and it tastes fine. https://www.amazon.com/Quest-Nutrition-Protein-Milkshake-Packaging/dp/B00PDV0QCI/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1527275910&sr=1-4&keywords=quest+protein+powder

I've also used Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey powder (it's 2 points per scoop): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00G4MA4B8/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&th=1

I need portion help! Cape cod chips sells individual little baggies. Box comes with a variety of plain, bbq, and salt/vinegar. They’re kettle style. I get a box on amazon 24 bags for about $12! Only 3 points per bag.

I make 1-0.6 ounce box of sugar-free Jell-O of whatever flavor I'm feeling according to the box directions. I pour 1 cup of it into each of 4 plastic containers and put them in the fridge to set. When I want a dessert, I add 2 tablespoons of Lite Cool Whip. This is 1 SP.
