Search (or post) over in the Wyze forums if interested in a wrap. If you look hard enough I'll bet you could find someone still selling them. Electrical tape would probably work Ok for you, but use matte surface if possible. Before I purchased the vinyl wraps, I bought gaffer tape from Amazon (link below). Worked great and peeled off easily without any gummy residue, etc.

To install it you have to unscrew the the base and pry open the bottom and back. Remove the antenna. Drill a hole big enough for the antenna to go though in the back cover. Clamp the antenna to the back cover using the antennas nuts. Connect the SMA cable to the location where the old antenna connected. Put the whole thing back together. Youtube has some good videos of how to disassemble.
Note this mod voids any warranty. Worked for me. If you try it I hope it works for you.

In case you're wondering why I recently bought a competing product: I have a boat at a marina I wanted to keep my eye on. No power, no internet - so I ended up purchasing a camera with LTE support and the ability to charge from a little solar panel. I recognize this isn't a common use case but I hope you guys come out with something like this eventually.

Yes; I bought one from Amazon once - they refer to them as an "LED IR illuminator". LIFX also sells a bulb that illuminates in the IR range as well; this would give you the option of running it in normal or colored mode and then switching it over to IR at some point during the night.

Just a note - when you're looking at these, it's best to try to get one that comes with a matched power supply. Some don't come with an AC supply and if you buy the wrong adapter, you can end up shortening the life of your IR LEDs as they are sensitive to power fluctuations.
