+1 for GE's z-wave switches if you have or are getting a z-wave compatible hub to run them. You need one "control" switch for each light circuit and one or more add-on switches for the other spots that control the same light. Here's a dimmer set and an on/off only set, which both contain one control switch and one add-on switch. These individual switches can also each be found separately online to purchase individually for your circuit that needs 3 switches, and sometimes they're cheaper individually but should work the same.

Assuming you have neutral and space in the box this would allow you to control both lights individually.
There is a custom device handler for smartthings though and that might take some edumacation.

Not sure about other hubamathings
This driveway alarm (https://www.amazon.com/Guardline-Wireless-Driveway-Weatherproof-Detector/dp/B00HFZUKGM/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1519737580&sr=8-3&keywords=driveway+alarm) has a 12 v contact which can be wired to something else. Not sure if a zwave sensor can take that much power though.
I used this: Fibaro Dimmer 2 FGD-212, Z-Wave Plus Dimming Module https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01JLLVRPU/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
it worked well and does not require a neutral. I one tricky 3-way that had no access to neutral at either location.
