Yes! Wurkin Stiffs will solve all your problems: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001IVY2I6

Well, I recently got a pair of Wurkin Stiffs Power Stays on the cheap (I think they were $15 at Nordstrom Rack). And I wasn't too crazy about them. I've used plastic and metal stays before, and they've honestly worked just as well in my experience. For that price, I would pass in the future. But your link seems to be a slightly different style of product.

I suppose it could be interesting, but I would honestly use them primarily for button down shirts to keep a clean look between that 1st and 2nd button down on some shirts. Too deep look trashy, and too high looks up-tight. In between is just about right. These could do the trick, but I'm not sure if they're worth it, how well they work, or if they would look seamless and not overly try-hard. Not to mention, most of my shirts look fine without them.

Wurkin Stiffs are only $20 on Amazon

That said, I wear them every time I wear a non-button down collar without a tie and will continue to in the future. They successfully eliminate the problem you describe on most shirts, although they can be a little awkward with certain collars. I think I've gradually gotten better at finding the appropriate place to put the magnets.

Pull the trigger if you'll use them. It's also a cool small business that appeared on Shark Tank, if you want to look into them more.

Here are some tips that may help:

If you're leaving the top button of a button-down open, wear a V-neck undershirt that will not show

If your shirt does not have a button down collar, use magnetic collar stays (such as Wurkin Stiffs) to prevent your collars from flaring. You can also find cheaper options by purchasing metal collar stays and neodymium magnets

If you're going to roll up your sleeves, consider wearing a watch that matches the formality of your outfit. This adds visual interest to your otherwise bare forearm and wrist

If you're wearing horizontal stripes, make sure that your clothing is well fitted. Otherwise, you're adding 10 lbs. with the bagginess and 10lbs. with the stripes

I'm not sure what you're thinking of wearing for shoes, but consider some medium to dark brown leather shoes (e.g. chukkas, driving mocs). Again, your footwear should match the formality of your outfit.

I hope this helps. You're already making much better style choices than I did for my senior pictures!

Definitely Wurkin Stiffs. Both Dappered and Primer Magazine wholeheartedly endorse them, and it's not hard to see why after using them for a while.

Take a peek! Only found out about them after I started working at a job with a much looser dress policy.
