This is your ideal build -
R5 3600 - 17k
B450 - 6k to 10k
Intel 660p 512gb nvme ssd - 5k in Primeabgb site
Galax 1660 GPU - 17k
16GB RAM - 6.7k in vedant
PSU - 5k
Case -3k
Total - 60k
Monitor, keyboard, mouse is all your choice.
You can probably save money by going for older gen Ryzen(-6k), getting 8GB ram(-3k), getting a second-hand 1050ti(-12k). Total saving of 21k. I suggest to go with the Ram and GPU options. That way you save 15k extra which can be used for a higher-end monitor. You can get this 32inch 4k monitor for 28k. Remember that the monitor stays with you for a very long time and you will be looking at it all the time, so get it perfect. This will give you lot of screen space to work with.
The acer ones seem to be priced lower, which one is better LG or Acer. https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0788GQM7C/ (31.5") or https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0756P63YV/ (28")
I've got an Acer LED ET322QK. Decent 4k monitor for under $400.

It ticks all the boxes on Xbox for 4K, but apparently it's "fake" for the HDR. I use it with freesync, though. Don't really have any issues with tearing, but the brightness could be better.

Thank you!
I did find Acer ET322QK (looks good), Qnix QNIX3216R (iffy reviews) and CrossLCD 32U75(no reviews) all without USB-C.
So it looks like a choice between 32 inches and USB-C and I think USB-C wins out. Unless someone else has some good suggestions I'll probably go with that Asus MX27UC.
