I’ve never attempted to wear one 24/7 like you describe. My favorite current plug I can wear comfortably during the day for up to 4 hours before my ass just starts to feel a bit of fatigue. I think I can go much longer if I keep pushing myself.

Last few thoughts. I’m a girl not a boy so I don’t know if that makes a difference. Also I would never use anything other than glass or metal for long turn plug wear. I hope you find a great plug and you can reach your goal safely!

Pulling it out is definitely the best part about butt plugs, especially when you are super horny. Glass or metal plugs are better because they have more weight to them. The more weight, the better it feels (especially when walking around). I use a glass bulbous plug and haven't had any problems with it slipping out.

As for me, it feels best when walking around or rocking back and forth in a chair. Sitting still doesn't do much (you can feel it, just nothing pleasurable) so if you plan on sitting still with it in you'll have to do kegels to make it feel good. If you want to walk around with one in, make sure the neck is smaller and not so close to the base like this plug. I've tried that plug as well (or one that is similar) which puts more pressure on the sphincter than it does the prostate. Still a good feeling, but a different feeling than most are looking for, and definitely not ideal for walking around (prone to slipping out when bending over and such).
