My size is 32E/30F (UK) and I haven't sized down for any sports bra I have purchased. I don't have the Freya Crop Top style (on my list to try), but I have the Freya Sonic and I like it. I have worn it for high intensity workouts and yoga and it works well for both. I have also worn it as an all day bra which was okay (I can't wear it all day with the J-hook done up though since it cuts in a bit on my tail of spence). The wires are very wide for me and band is somewhat stretchy (I could've gotten a 30" size, but it's okay). The width of the wires doesn't bother, it just spreads out my breast tissue more so it makes me look smaller than I am. The cups have spacer foam and dries really fast which is nice!

Compared to the Panache wired, the support of the Freya Sonic is similar, the Freya bra feels more lightweight. I actually prefer the Panache non-wired version, that one is very comfy for all day wear). I did not size down on the Panache wired, when I tried a 30E/32DD it cut in me too much, so I needed my regular size. I think you could probably size down on the Panache non-wired if you want.

Do you think the gore not laying flat could mean that it's too small? Or do you have very close set breasts? I would definitely try other styles if it's bothering you.

Other sports bras I have tried are the Anita Dynamix. It's very cute, great support, but not available in 30 bands (not sure you can do 32 bands). This has no wires and is super comfy for all day wear. Support is pretty good and gives off a good shape/separation which is impressive for a wireless sports bra. The Anita Extreme Control comes in a 30 band and isn't as "cute" but the support is good too, it doesn't separate as much as the Dynamix, gives a lot of compression and flattens a bit, so I'm not sure you will like it. Edit to add: the cup sizes in the Anita bras are EU, so be careful with the conversion!

I have tried a bunch of "cuter" sports bras, but these are the best in terms of support and construction (I also have a list of uglier ones that work well!).

I you want more light or medium support, I can give you a whole other list of recs lol! Let me know if this helps and if you have questions! :)
