Dunno about the Meanwell PSU. I just opened mine up and replaced the fan. It's 60x15 and this is the one I used, much quieter than the original one that was making a rattling sound. I also got a 2 pack of these, one goes to the bottom cover and one to the hot end. The bottom cover one can plug right in, the hot end will have to be spliced due to cable length, haven't installed it yet so I don't know sound difference.
