i've spent a lot of time inside a nano s, here are my thoughts
mock up a 203x400mm rectangle, that's how much space it will take on your desk
the only cable that will really need an extension is the EPS and possibly 24-pin depending on how you're routing things
i used a powered PWM splitter in mine. mounts nicely behind the motherboard tray. i would buy this, but either solution you linked will work fine. i prefer a sata powered one myself
where will you put the 240 aio? you can easily fit a 280 aio in the front. can confirm corsair h115i pro fits well. the new artic thing also looks nice
that FSP should fit fine, can't imagine why not. i'd suggest an SFX-L over SFX in the nano s though. you don't lose any usable space and gain a quieter fan. the silverstone sx500-lg maybe?
i'd suggest getting the demcifilter top filter if you're planning to put a rad up top. it's ugly without the top cover, and the filter sort of helps with that while also serving a practical purpose (top is unfiltered otherwise)
also look into other nvme drives. 660p is not good. see newmaxx's guides. inland premium and team mp34 are both $111 on amazon, and are well worth the $16 over the 660p imo.
AMA about nano s in general. i've used them multiple times, excellent case.
edit: also, hopefully evga includes a 2-slot pcie bracket for that card- nano s has 2 physical slots

The new Arctic Freezer II 280mm/360mm a great AIO for the price that runs very quiet and cool at under $100. It actually seems to beat most of the highest end coolers on the market too and doesn't have shitty CAM software like NZXT. The reason why it performs so well is that it is the 38mm thick radiator with some really nice fans vs the 30mm for the NZXT X62, 26mm for the Corsair h115i, and 27mm for the EVGA CLC 280.

The 360mm AIO will cool better, assuming you have a good intake mounting position for it.
Personally, I would go for the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280. It is one of the best performance per dollar AIO's, and 280mm mounting is more common than 360mm.
