I find the be quiet! - Pure Wings 2 120 PWM 87 CFM 120mm Fan to be good for what i am looking for and at a cheap enough price to buy with multiple ones but i could go for a https://www.amazon.co.uk/Arctic-P12-Silent-Pressure-optimised-Extra/dp/B07GSTMRFB/ref=dp_ob_title_ce?th=1 Which is £10 but might be a better pick.
CPU cooler i will not bother with atm but i could get one in the future.
