High five field friend, I was a jumper. I'd recommend a trail runner with a stiff sole. This will be a nice combination of cushiony support for field work and solid sole for lifting. The key is finding something that you can run in comfortably but is still solid enough that your feet won't rock around on the cushion when you lift heavy. Maybe something like this.
