lol no. Doctors can afford houses, yea "houses" . Anw there are plenty of middle class people in vietnam. Also, our people paid a lot, higher than MSRP price on every electronics than you guys can think of.
AMD processor + Mobos pretty expensive for sure ( X470 Taichi about $224.15 on Amz while the price tag here is like 6m+ VND ~ 300$ ). It's even getting more ridiculous with Intel SKUs.
x570 - Gigabyte x570 AORUS Elite - $210 new - good value if you're keen on an x570 board, but I'd stick with x470 tbh.

x470 - Asrock Taichi - $210 new/$160 used, MSI Gaming Pro Carbon - $180 New/$140 used - Gaming Pro Carbon has great memory overclocking w/micron rev e or samsung b die, and the taichi isn't as good at memory overclocking in comparison, but is still a quality board if you just don't care.

In any case I HIGHLY recommend this memory if you want to spend under $100 and get quality, overclockable sticks.
The only real con is the bad cooling it has on the vrms. Otherwise it is a pretty well rounded board. Regardless, here's other options. Remember that you said you want future proof, so you can't cheap out on the motherboard.
X470 taichi for 200 pounds
Aus rog x470 for 185 pounds
And, for a slightly cheaper board, the B450 gaming pro ac for 120 pounds
