Personally I would:
Remove the cooler (the default one is good enough)
Change the motherboard, it's way overprice unless you need all expansion slots (would pick something like the excellent Asrock B450M for only €83).
Use the saved €83 to get a better monitor. Obviously this is totally dependant on your needs, but spending €330 on a TN 1080p monitor is bad value whichever way you look at it. Personally I value Pixel density and color accuracy more than latency, so I would get a Dell Ultrasharp 1440p model, but you need to decide what are your use cases.
You can get something like an Acer XF250Q which is 1080p 240hz for around €300 or a Samsung C27JG52 1440p 144hz for around €350. Either are much better than the one you selected.
