I'd reccomend what the others said. Just get the cheap one. An i3-6100 can't overclock so you don't need to pay the premium for a Z170 chipset.

Personally, I have an H170 motherboard with my i5-6500 and it works well. Great BIOS too. This is the specific one I have. Would highly reccomend it.

What is the difference between these two motherboards?

H170-PRO-CSM and H170-PRO-Gaming

Also, I have no idea what the advantages are in a certain motherboard, or why to pick one. These three on Newegg all have good reviews, so I'm just wondering what someone who is a bit more computer savvy thinks about the boards, and out of the three, which is the best? 1, 2, 3. I'm building with an i5-6500 and r9 390.

It depends on what you need but this is a good motherboard https://www.amazon.com/Asus-DDR4-Motherboards-H170-PRO-CSM/dp/B013HIDM3I/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1466165770&sr=8-6&keywords=h170. I only suggest the H170, H110 or B150 as the Z170 are meant for overclocking and non-k chipset can't be overclocked.

Here are the 5-star H110, H170 and B150 motherboards on PCPartPicker (I only included ATX because your PSU is ATX).

I'm doing a similar build and just got this one. It's not the cheapest H170, but it gets better reviews than some of the cheaper ones (on the actual retailer sites which have more reviews). Keep in mind that if you get this one, your DDR4-2800 RAM will downclock to 2133 (not a huge deal but worth knowing).

Also, most would say you don't need an aftermarket CPU cooler if you're not OC'ing. I only mention that in case the parts you already own can still be returned.

日本でパソコンのパーツを売ってる店わからないので、Amazon.co.jpとKakaku の値段で作りました。

I don't know what stores in Japan sells computer parts so I picked the parts from the two sites you mentioned.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Type|Item|Price
----|:----|:----
CPU | Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor | ¥ 26,750
CPU Cooler | Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler | ¥ 4,257
Motherboard | Asus H170-PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard | ¥ 13,057
Memory | G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory | ¥9,990
Storage | Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive | ¥5,880
Video Card | MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card | ¥ 13,016
Case | NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case | ¥ 10,460
Power Supply | Cooler Master 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply | ¥ 11,587
| Total | ¥ 94,997

$800 = ¥90900

I seem to have gone a bit over the budget, so just treat my list as more of a suggestion. I underestimated the pricing of Japan's pc hardware market. Nonetheless, having a 750w power supply doesn't make a computer consume that much more power. Rather, it allows for more room in case you want to upgrade in the future. I don't know what parts in Japan are cheap or sold so there are probably some alternative parts which are cheaper.

For the memory(ram), rather than 1x8gb you could go with 2x4gb which will allow you to make use of dual channel features which will make your ram a bit faster. However, in my list I have a 2x8gb set instead.

Thanks for reading, sorry for my bad Japanese.

Great information. would this motherboard be good enough for my build then? I like that it has the ability to add another card in the future. One thing that concerns me about it is people are saying it is not a "gaming" motherboard. My rig is primarily going to be for gaming, so does that mean anything for me? Or would that more like gaming headphones vs. regular headphones.

thanks for replying!!

this mob would do right? http://www.amazon.com/Asus-DDR4-Motherboards-H170-PRO-CSM/dp/B013HIDM3I?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

thanks again!
edit: I noticed this mobo only has only 2 3.0 hdmi ports. I would look for a case that can fit.
