I have had this exact problem too. Basically EVERYTHING I was using - shampoo and conditioner, my moisturizer, my face cleanser with salicylic acid, had parabens or something that was on those lists of "10 chemicals in cosmetics to avoid during pregnancy". And I simply couldn't find any alternatives that did not have something on that list on it (like glycerin, for some reason this is supposedly bad but almost EVERYTHING has it.)
So I focused on the big things, like the 5-10 things I use every day. I switched to a mineral sunscreen (btw I really like the australian gold botanicals mineral one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MECR54A/ref=emc_b_5_i?th=1), a zinc lip sunscreen (something with a badger on it), and a face moisturizer without whatever in it, and a shampoo and conditioner without parabens.
Also I lightened up on the makeup, though I didn't see any red flags in the ingredients. I'd go without it but my pregnancy acne has been so bad in the past few weeks :(
Perhaps this one from Amazon. I'm not sure about how it related to Canada, but this is the one I use (only I use a tinted version) and I like it. I do not break out from this and it's not greasy.
