I don't know if you're looking to grow plants as well or just need a good LED, but the cheapest most versatile LED for the quality that I've found are Beamwork LEDs. You can find them on amazon. I was looking at the stingray and 24/7 LEDs but the cheapest ones were around $75-$80. The Beamwork I grabbed was an 18" with extendable legs and the timer for $45 with shipping. Very reasonable and good quality so far. Grows plants well on my low tech, but I got the one with less individual LEDs. They have a few options.

That one would probably work best for you, but they have red, green, blue lights in addition to normal white as an option too. I have the RGB and the only thing I don't like is you can kind of see the colored beams on the substrate a bit.
