The Amazon listing says "Ritche", but at this price point it's probably just some Chinese company that is branded under many different names across Amazon and eBay. The listing is here. I highly recommend it for the price, and would still recommend it even if it was in the $10-$30 price range (although no long term experience with it yet to say for certain).
The one I returned is linked here. Nothing wrong with it besides the material being too thin and flexible, and generally not feeling worth $20, especially when ones like the above are available for cheaper. With a light and thin watch it might have worked fine, but with the slightly bulky Alpinist there was too much of a weight inbalance between the strap and watch body, forcing me to wear it very tight to have it not slide around which was uncomfortable.
